The Grilled Cheese Gallery — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Ok, so tonight's meal was very strange.

So the grilled cheese sandwiches we ordered were actually pretty good, but what I very much disliked is how we were told all sandwiches comes with a side of tomato soup, but in reality it was soup in a tiny dipping sauce container. I included a picture.

Now here we go with the service. So we had a guy named tommy as our server. We placed our orders and I personally ordered a drink, but I never received it. Now keep in mind we were the only table in the whole room. After our dinner we sat there for about 30 minutes wondering how we were going to pay, we eventually walked to the front counter.

When we get to the counter tommy asked us if we were eating in or picking up. Well..... we were the only ones there and he was a server so this didn't make sense. Next he asked us what we ordered (he should know this) again we were the only ones in the restaurant. After he got everything wrong and kept asking us what we ordered we just decided to pay to get out of there. After we left we realized he didn't even charge as correctly, basically gave us a free meal and a free beer. Before leaving tommy hands us a number and insisted we take it. We told him we literally just ate and are paying to leave.

It is apparent that Mr. Tommy was high as a kite on god knows what. Tommy didn't seem to know where he is, and had no idea what he was doing, which is why he probably was so confused the entire time we were there. So to wrap it up, the service was terrible. I'm assuming he does this often, and management should look into because you're probably losing money. We probably won't be back.

Ps. Your floor is very sticky, and prices...

We’ve ordered here 4 times, all of them delivered by Uber eats all of them the same kind of food. The first two times we were hooked. After the last 2 I will probably never order from there again. My boyfriend enjoys his sandwich each time but also agrees something wasn’t right this time or last. I always order the queen Brie which is supposed to come with raspberry purée and balsamic glaze on the side, last time it didn’t have it at all and tonight when it was specially requested I got BBQ instead of balsamic. All the fries were stuffed in my box so all the sauces on the side, the lids had melted off. So the fries we all shared had a combo of tomato soup, BBQ sauce, raspberry purée and ketchup, which also managed to get all over my sandwich. There was very very little raspberry purée left after that and to top it off my sandwich was very very poorly made and burned. I also ordered a kids Mac and cheese which came with parsley and red pepper flakes. I’m not sure how many 6 year olds have their taste buds that developed but mine 6 year old wasn’t a fan. I think tonight was my last time. Extremely disappointed because this place is very reasonably priced and has gotten it correct in the same amount of time it was done...

This was a cute little place with some fun food options. We took an uber here from a local hotel during a recent stay in the area after finding them in a restaurant search with high ratings. Our driver passed it driving around the block twice. Watch for the unicorns on the Windows if you're on the hunt. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food timing was good and they have beer on tap. They had a couple specials the night we went called cowboy with pulled pork and mac and cheese and cowgirl which had chicken and mac and cheese so we decided to try one of each. The pork and mac was amazing. I would advise that the bread is extremely crunchy. It didn't seem to soften at all by the ingredients placed on it. There are positives and negatives to be seen there. We also had an order of poutine which as a simple explanation is basically French fries with gravy over them. Gcg fancies them up a bit but thays the gist. I discovered that I dont specifically care for poutine all that much myself but the gravy had a good flavor and it was fun to try. I would suggest throwing diet plans out the window for a night to give this little place a whirl. You're inner child will scream with adult...
