Wendy's — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Customer service at this location is horrendous, I understand since COVID most service industry employers have a hard time finding good employees but today I had a horrible excitement experience with a team leader at this location. Asked to use the restroom after seeing an employee use it only to be disrespected and spoken to with little to no professional etiquette. I know businesses reserve the rights to allow people to use their restroom but most afford that to their paying customer which I was. When I tried to speak with the team leader about her demeanor she being cussing at me in creole which unfortunately for her I understood fluently. I requested to speak to a manager which she refused, then when I inquired about corporate or the Franchise contact she stated "since you so smart Google it". Another female appeared from like an office in the rear of the kitchen with a manager tag on, I tried to explain to her the situation at which he provided the bathroom key. When I asked for their names she refused to provide and wouldn't give a number to speak to management. For a location overtaken by "unhoused" residents and rarely clean I would not suggest going to this location. I was able to find the number on Google but it didn't work. I think the employees knows that calling...

Very racist! !!!since I'm not of Haitian immigrated! I was in that wendys on Belvedere Rd. In west palm beach,, fl by the airport charging my equipment to get back on the plane and watching a movie to kill time. I was staying at the hotel down the street. So I go to the counter when ready to eat and the manager said she could ring me up only the drive thru register was working and she was very rude and her body language said it all. She did not look at me she seemed angry and very dismissive, She refused to ring me up from the drive-thru window after I asked, I was starving!!. She said no one could be in the restaurant at this time, i asked why? she said she COULD NOT TELL ME WHY? Hilarious! I asked her where was Ms. Marlene, whom is the General Manager in this store. She said she was not there, so she waited for me to plug out my stuff and escorted me out the store. People just don't know who you are , or where you may work, or whose BOSS you might be! Never underestimate the power in your actions and what domino action may follow. I WILL NOT be returning to the Wendys on Belvedere rd in west...

If I could give less then 1 star I would. The manager was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. No one wanted to answer the drive thru at 630pm on a Friday. My 12 year old daughter wanted nuggets and after 5 minutes of saying hello to the speaker we pull around and can see employees sitting there on their cell phones one of which was the manager. So there we are asking them to come take our order and she refused to come to the window. Finally she sends someone over and they say "yeah?" .. lol what a joke. The manager is a joke and hopefully corporate sees this and the rude manager sees this and she knows how much of a c*nt I think she is . (In my opinion it's cause I'm a white man in a lifted truck.) ... she wouldn't give me her name and refused to come to the window and speak to me . If you hate your job so bad lady find a new one. I'd fire her so fast her head would spin if I was her boss. Anyway I strongly recommend finding a different place to eat and not wasting time at this Wendy's. I'm also calling corporate to tell them...
