Jack in the Box — Restaurant in West Sacramento

Update came here for a breakfast combo a sandwich, orange juice and a little hash brown paid $14 for it. Smh Anyways, I get to the window and my food is sitting right there. This guy takes off goes and does something in the lobby for five minutes comes back tries to give me someone else’s drinks and then tries to give me someone else’s food and I’m just looking at him like he’s dumb because he is . because my food’s been sitting there pretty much the whole time I was in the drive-through for at least 10 minutes. When it could’ve been a easily 4 to 5 minutes

I live 15 minutes. My wife and daughter went there and bought two chicken boxes and a breakfast sandwich. She came back with NO sauces. ZERO for me. They said they both asked. Now this is the 2 nd time in a month that my meal is ruined. We spent almost 40 bucks. No sauces means the meal is useless. No GOOD. Wtf. Again. So i called. The shift leader didnt believe me. Im a grown FN adult who is calling and complaining about something serious. She told me i can come back for the sauces. I stated to her that. I live 15 mins and the food would more cold. I stated that my gas. Time. Effort what do i getvfor that. She said a piece of cake she will give me. Intold her im diabetic. She didnt care. Horrible shift lead. I got robbed basically. Cause i threw the. Food away after my phonecall. What should of happened. She should of said bring the cold food back and give you fresh food and sauces. Smh. Shame on you manager...

This is not only a problem with this location but a recurring problem at Jack In the Box in general that I most recently encountered here. They have large signs that say dinning room now open and posted hours are that the dinning room is open until 10pm and yet we arrived before 9:30 pm and were signalled by staff that we had to use the drive thru.

This is frustrating as they are a easy on off freeway exit with nothing else around them and I was hoping to use the restroom as well as enjoy tasty food.

Why post hours or claim the dinning room is open if you do not staff the location to allow it to be open for those hours? I attempted to contact corporate regarding this as well but their contact interface is currently not functioning so will have to wait until later to do so but find this...

Waaay too much teriyaki sauce, took about 15 minutes for teriyaki bowl and 3 jr bacon cheeseburger :( also the other nights ago I came by after work and I ordered 5 jr bacon cheeseburger with extra ketchup and mayonnaise and the workers put extra mustard, and when I tell you, it was 2 young girls I believe one had blonde hair I don’t quite remember but they both looked super high and both their eyes were bright pink I came back to let them know they got my order wrong and the girl told me I’d have to pay the difference and so I handed them the bag of the jr bacon cheeseburger back and they gave me the bag and as I’m looking in the burgers they added ketchup and mayo into the same burgers that had mustard 🤦🏻‍♀️ Workers there always give me my orders...
