Update I ordered a three item I go home. There’s only two item I got charged for a three item. I drive all the way back over there 12 minute drive and they question me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I had to tell them three times what was missing, these people have Common sense the workers are trash. They never apologize. They act like I did something wrong. Why don’t you answer your phone I’ve been calling it the whole time I was driving back to the restaurant. This place is a joke. The management is a joke.
Every time I come here at 9 o’clock 915 the crew inside there hiding they’re not answering the window. They allow the automated person to ask to take your order. They do this pretty much twice a week. Every time I come I get off at 9 PM and every time I come here there’s a problem. These people will make one plate stretch to two plates. They completely robbed me and my family a bunch of times towards the end the night trying to stretch meat and giving you a half of a plate I work 12 hours. I go home with a half of a plate and im starving still. The management is a joke the night crew is a complete joke. This management in this location should be ashamed of your selfs. You guys...
Read moreI am not legally required to disclose my disability, but I had my service dog with me. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was immediately stopped by management and bombarded with questions such as, "Is that a service animal?" and "Where is your paperwork, ID, etc.?" They also made comments about the health of other customers. I was caught off guard and felt pressured, so I mentioned that I would place my order and eat outside. However, I was not allowed to go up to the counter to see what I could order, and instead, they wrote down my order on their hand for me. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I was then instructed to hand over my phone so they could scan it for payment, but they were across the store. I felt very overwhelmed and unsure of how to respond. Read moreThe first time I went here it was a standard Panda experience, this time however, was pathetic. (Drive Through) It took them forever to take my order, they asked me to tell them what my order was again when I made it to the window. They took forever to get back to me at the window, and when they did they apologized- which was all good until they started blaming it on the customers inside and complaining to me about it. After I recieved my food I had to knock to get them back as I wanted chopsticks and my fortune cookies (which were included in the to go bag last time, so minus points for lack of uniformity). Later, when I opened the bag, one of my plates (bottom of the stack) was obviously very lacking (which I was surprised by since I considered Panda Express to be rather uniform in portion sizes).
