T4 Tea 4 — Restaurant in West Sacramento

Absolutely phenomenal place to have some time off, and chill with your friend, relative, or significant other. They not only serve tea, but have many other options like snacks, smoothies, and "junk food" if you can't live without it. Price is high on most of the items listed on the menu, but at the end of the day, your belly ain't leaving empty because you get so much for the price..annnd it's tasty too. A tip: don't go here on an empty stomach because you'll end up buying way more than you could eat. At least have "something" before you leave or make a conscious choice when you look at the menu, and don't listen to your urges. Further, it's clean but the bathroom smells bad as soon as you open that door, but not after it. It's near that area that the stench lingers. You have game table too here; you can either play chess or Jenga or any other game you'd like, and yes, you don't have to bring anything. Customer service is fair; welcoming in with the desire to know their orders or answer any inquiries, but forgot the cups of water we had had ordered and had to tell them at least multiple times that we did so and hadn't received so far. My boyfriend specifically ordered a "Thai tea with boba." After stating that clearly, the cashier asked if he wanted any additional toppings, and he said no. When the drink came without boba, I politely pointed it out—not trying to make a big deal, just wanting him to be happy. Instead of fixing the issue, Alondra began arguing with me about what was said. It felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional, even for someone who may still be learning customer service.

To make things worse, I later found a hair in my food. The only person who showed any genuine concern or offered an apology was the manager, who did have the food remade.

Purchased 2 teas, both exactly the same, with 30% sugar. I watched the employee fill the sweetener cup up all the way to the top for both, so I asked her "these are both only 30% sweet correct?" And she said yes very rudely and walked away. The drinks were definitely at least 100% sweet. It was like drinking pure sugar but since we cannot consume much sugar for health reasons we had to throw both teas away. A complete waste of $16 + tip.
