I recently went over to this restaurant because I’d heard some good things about it, I have a lot to say. It was one of the most delightful and enjoyable restaurants I’ve been to, both from the outside and inside the place was clean and neatly kept! The restaurant impressed me and took me by surprise with the fact that it was very straightforward, despite that, the food was delicious and flavorful, the rich and juicy lamb over rice and the combo was my absolute favorite! The rice was made perfectly and the chicken and lamb were cooked to perfection, you could clearly tell it was made with quality Ingredients! The best thing about this restaurant was the staff, they were all very attentive and payed great attention to details and gave me exactly what I wanted, they were very kind and generous, taking the time to understand and consider my requests and as customer, which made me feel valued! I’ve gone to several of these locations in Middletown, CT, Newington, CT and West Springfield Ma I find the best service in Newington CT, the worst in West Springfield, Mass. the food is amazing at all of them but on the menu you’re able to select what they call lines is sauce 1 to 3 lines for each each sauce they have white sauce, chimichurri sauce, as well as hot sauce, 1 to 3 lines is what is listed on their online menu West Springfield doesn’t seem to listen to what you asked for ask for. I asked for 2 lines of each sauce 3 times and they just wouldn’t give it to me I even offered to pay extra not that your supposed to be paying extra but I offered anyways and it’s an actual selection on their on line menu poor customer service to say the least. I’ve been wanting to try this place since it first opened and finally made it there with my coworker last week. It was lunch time when we went and the place was packed so parking was a challenge and I needed up making my own parking spot, as I didn’t want to use the empty parking lot of the neighboring liquor store. The front employees weren’t very friendly but they did answer our questions and very efficient. The food was delicious and we already want to go back.
