I'd love to give this place a 4 or 5. I've never had issues with the employee. My customer service experience has ranged from average to great. My order is always made correctly and it's an easy one to mess up since I have 6 extra things I ask for on the sandwich. The issue I have is the pick up option. I'm not sure if people have been stealing food off the pickup rack, but over the 1 year I have been ordering pick up they have only used the rack once. During that one time I ordered a soda with the order, which was left there as an empty cup. I had to go ask for someone to fill it up, which I'm not sure if it's company policy but it defeats the purpose of selecting the kind of soda you want and if it's busy you have to wait. The other times I have gone all the pick up orders were behind the checkout counter. You'd have to give your name and they'd bring it to you. That's fine if you're the only person there, but if it is even the slightest bit busy you'll be waiting 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I drive 15 minutes to work, eat that small little part of the sandwich cuz how hard is it to cut a sandwich in half?. (It wasn't even close) And I realize it's got turkey and ham on it. Which is weird because they made it with no tomatoes and add jalapeno chips like I wanted. I drive 15 minutes back to get a new sandwich, I asked if I can just keep the other 3/4 of the sandwich for the trouble of driving 20 miles. The guy says no. We don't do that. I ask are you just going to throw it in the garbage?? He responds no. So he makes my sandwich the correct way, insist on taking my other sandwich, And as I'm walking out he throws that sandwich in the garbage. Also, the sandwich for some reason had extra onions and extra oil by the time I got back my sandwich was a sloppy mess. Bro, we're making deli meat sandwiches not putting man on the moon... Smfh. Read moreI was in the drive through. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was made wrong. It was a simple mistake that I would have gladly went back to have fixed. I called up to JJ to speak to the shift supervisor and she was so rude to me. Immediately put the blame on me and became defensive although I was not angry. Told me “I made the sandwiches and I know I made them right”! The person in the drive through repeated our orders. So I know I ordered what I needed. I did call up to Jimmy John’s when I got home and I realized that my sandwich was made wrong. I asked to speak to the manager who was this rude and angry woman. She told me that she was “hot” and that she “has nobody else making orders” but her and then hung up on me. I understand her frustration but as a paying customer, this was not how I should have been handled. Not only was I unsatisfied with my meal and the low-grade food they gave me, the lettuce was wilted and brown, missing ingredients and poorly wrapped, I had the worst customer service.
