So sad I was helped by that blonde-short hair-snappy white lady this morning. I dropped my kiddos at Garlough and were having an amazing morning. How crazy is that you want to grab your coffee and keep your day going bright and positive and all the sudden a lady at Starbucks (your favorite coffee shop) is short, rude, and snappy. The drink is great but the after taste interaction with her is just 🤢 I didn’t catch her name, she didn’t smile, she didn’t ask how my day was going, no cordiality at all. Customer service (being at the front of the store) is about caring, or at least showing customers that you care about them and their experience when they visit your store. Maybe she should be making coffee instead of interacting with customers. She definitely had the energy to make a dozen coffees in 2 mins. She was not wearing an apron or a tag so I don’t know her name but she may have been the manager which sucks because the manager is the person who should be leading by example and she wasn’t doing a very good job at that. I have been at this Starbucks before and I’ve had an older gentleman who’s always smiling and so kind! Read moreI don't like this location, number one, they charge extra for everything even the stuff you should already be getting. Second they don't pull full shots. Your lucky to get half a ounce per pull & I'm being generous. I always buy 2 extra shots of espresso just to make sure I get the coffee I already paid for in my caramel latte then when I substitute no Caramel syrup only Caramel sauce I'm charged even though I'm not getting both just a different form of caramel ( hence the comment above). And they aren't taking any price off for me not getting the syrup so I'm literally paying for both. When I don't feel like paying $12+ for my one grande Caramel sauce latte I ask for the salted caramel cold foam nitro. Pretty straight forward, however now that I know not every Starbucks has a nitro keg I know to ask if their going to add water to my coffee. Today I got the best response hands down. I said "will you be adding water to my coffee after it's in my cup"? Barista: "Umm........well I mean All our coffee is made with water"! Me: 😂
Anyhow this staff is hit & miss their coffee is over priced and the Starbucks at Target right down the road has baristas who will actually take the time to learn your order & make it with Love!
