Arby's — Restaurant in West Valley City

I've been coming to this location for years and I wanna say they've always been pleasant to me and majority of the time the food always comes out warm and fresh (a few moments of old fries which some times happens at fast food places) and I normally don't have to wait too long! I feel bad knocking a star off for this location mostly only because recently I've been always missing some sauces I ask/order for each time I've ordered and this time today was kinda sad normally it doesnt bother me too much when its the free sauces. But Since I had a rough day at work I decided to cheat and cheer myself up with their new sweet pulled pork sandwich I even ordered 3 extra sweet sauce packets and a side of cheese, but when I opened my bag at work there was no sauce packets and just a SMALLEST amount of cheese in the container... normally I wouldn't complain about this but I mean that cheese costed $1 as well as I paid extra for those sweet sauces packets AND there wasn't any sauce even on the sandwich????? So basically a plain pulled pork sandwich very minimal flavor. But I will also mention that at least the pulled pork was juicy and soft and not hard and chewy like alot of other places! We had a rough experience when my child got sick. It wasn’t Arby’s fault in any way but it just happened to happen while we were there and we made a mess. I ran to the bathroom to try to clean her up and couldn’t clean both her and where we were sitting simultaneously. As soon as I got her taken care of I came out to start cleaning up our table area and in the short time we were in the bathroom the staff had already cleaned up the entire area around our table and it smelled sterilized. I sheepishly and apologetically went to the front counter to thank them and the super upbeat young lady at the register didn’t act put out at all. She happily told me she hoped we had a great day even though having to clean that up would have been an awful job and a lot of folks would have acted frustrated or put out or picked on or maybe would have made sure to dwell on what a saint they were for jumping on such an unpleasant job. I wish I caught her name but she was working at lunch time on April 3rd. The upbeat and nonjudgemental treatment I got made a bad situation bearable. If it was someone else that did the actual clean up so quick I would like to thank them and apologize to them too...

Can I just say wow. Yesterday I came into this store. And I purchased lunch and dinner for me and my fiance. When I got home I realised the French dips that were to be saved and eaten for dinner were missing the au jus!! (Tragic I know) So I called the store and said I would come by later to get the au jus if it was ok to wait a few hours cuz these were meant for dinner. No problem. When I got there I ordered mozzarella sticks and explained again about the au jus. Not only did they comp my mozzarella sticks but they upgraded my 4 pc to a 6 pc. I know it seems like such a small thing but my family and I have been thru hell and back the last 2 years due to my fiance having a back injury. We rarely can afford to eat out so when we do if something doesn't go right it can be a little extra frustrating. But your manager (I think it was the manager anyway) was waiting at the drive thru with the girl working the window to apologise.
