I and my Brother went here today he ordered a meatball sandwich and I got the Bobbi sandwich. When the server Samantha brought our food to the table my Brother looked at his and said this isn't a meatball sandwich it was an Italian sub. She grabbed it and said she will fix it. She comes back and gave him the right sandwich we both looked at it and I asked him shouldn't that be hot? He said yes so we took our sandwiches back to the cook and he apologized and said he would warm them up. Samantha then comes back with our plates and slams them down and said she's the manager he is only the cook and she is not going to waste any more food. My brother told her to look, we paid for our food we didn't ask for free food we asked for hot food. She said it states on the menu the Bobby sandwich is served cold and had I asked for it warm originally they would have served it that way. The meatball sandwich she would allow to get warmed up. My Brother grabbed the plates and slammed them back on the table in her direction and told her look you can have your sandwiches we want a refund. Samantha is truly lacking managerial skills. She incorrectly put our order in didn't apologize to us instead she made it seem as though it was our mistake. Extremely rude and unprofessional! The one star is for the cook who at least tried to make it right. If you value good food and good service I recommend you don't come here because that is not what you will Recieve if Samantha is still their Manager! We ended up Muchies where you can get a hot meatball sub and great...

I knew they didn't stay open late, so I double-checked their hours on Google and Capriotti's website. Both showed that they were open until 8PM. It was almost 7:40PM, so I tried calling in my order ahead so that they wouldn't have to stay late. I was about 5 minutes away when I made the call, but when it rang constantly for 3 minutes without answer, I hung up since I was almost there. When I arrived, the lights were dimmed, but the hours still showed on the door that they were open for another 15 minutes. I tried to go in, but the door was locked. I saw an associate cleaning, so I knocked. Multiple times. He went into the back. So I tried calling, just in case he didn't see or hear me. The phone rang with no answer, yet again. He came back out and continued to clean while I knocked and watched him ignore me. **A note to the associate and his manager: You have glass doors and a small restaurant. There is no way I couldn't have been seen/heard. Aside from that, your phone number needs to be updated if that is not correct on your site, and furthermore- your hours need to be updated if you are truly not open until 8PM. You lost our business that night and all future business.

Read moreBeing an adventurous eater, I like to try new places. This was our first experience eating here. We went there on a Saturday, just before noon. The place was about half full, so not overly busy. I ordered their signature sandwich, and the two kids ordered kids meals, a turkey and a grilled cheese. They had only two people working there. One of the first things I noticed was that the music was quite loud and grating, enough so that it was difficult to carry on a conversation or even to order. The grilled cheese arrived about twenty minutes later, and the other two sandwiches at least ten minutes after that. The good itself was decent... real pulled turkey.. but was under seasoned (turkey definitely could have used salt) and slightly more expensive than I would have liked. My main complaint was how slow it was, and the somewhat linear fashion in which the food was brought out. The sandwich that should have taken the longest arrived first, and so far in advance of the two others, that my daughter was done eating before we had even received our food. I used the experience as a case study for my daughters for what not to do as a first impression if they ever open a business.
It was barely okay, but I wouldn't go back.
P.S. With a name like Capriotti's, I was disappointed there wasn't a chicken parmesan sandwich. If they add it, I...
