My first experience with the store was horrendous BUT after reaching out to a wonderful manager, JAN💕 she changed my mind completely. This wonderful woman calmly listened and sympathized with every word I told her about my horrible experience the night before dispite being the only person on the floor at the time. After I told her all about my experience and let her know how unhappy I was she asked me what she could personally do to make my next experience even better I told her I wasn't interested in ordering from that store ever again and I just wanted a refund. She wasn't able to give me a refund BUT she was able to credit the meal back on my boyfriend's account and deeply apologized she went above by letting us know the hours she would be working for the rest of the week and said the next time we would like to order to please ask for her personally and she would make sure we never had a bag experience again. The fact that she was willing to do anything at all to make me happy as a customer AFTER the horrible customer service the night before really moved me and I agreed and deeply thanked her for turning my experiences upside down. The way she handled negative feedback AND was able to represent her store with such love and compassion was mind blowing and humbling. It gets better from there😭🤞🏽 The following day we decided to order again and asked for Jan of course THE BEST MANAGER YOU HAVE was again hard at work and just like old friends she took care of my order and even said she would wait to make sure it went out at an appropriate time even though she was about to clock out. When it came time to deliver the order her and her amazing husband went out of their way to deliver the order personally💕💕💕 She even drew some flowers on the box and captained it with "For the sweetest family and the best customers" I absolutely wish that your WHOLE STAFF was this amazing, She took dinner time to the next level and made it about Family🤞🏽💕 We will never hesitate to pick up the phone to OUR FAVORITE store and order from our FAVORITE MANAGER Jan!! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and patiently sat in their lobby. While I was there the cashier messed up another persons one pizza order right in front of me. How do you mess up one standard pizza? Anyway, I take my pizza home and find out he also messed mine up. Got a nice large pineapple and pineapple pizza.
I called the store and they got all confused until a manager came over and the manager told me they would make me another pizza. She told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. Confused as to why one pizza would take 45 minutes I asked and she said 15 minutes to make it, 30 to deliver. I specifically told her I will pick it up because I live within a few blocks and she said ok and set it to pickup.
I drove straight over and sat in the lobby patiently for 15 minutes, after 15, and employee asked me what I was waiting for. I gave him my name and told him I was there to pickup a Hawaiian pizza. He couldn't find my name on the screen so he went into the back and I never saw him again.
After an additional 30 minutes waiting in the lobby, my boss who happen to be at work called me from clear across town and said I just had a pizza delivered at work, on a Saturday at 7PM. Hmmm... well I walked over and asked if there was a manager and the guy who messed up my order was like "oh yeah we have a couple here." And then didn't get one.
A girl directly infront of me who heard me asking for a manager just kept her head low staring at the table, and remembering that the manager who spoke to me on the phone was female indirectly asked her if she was a manager to which she replied yes.
She just gave me a weird look and immediately said this is strange because I told them to hold it and then just continued to stare at the computer and ignore me infront of 3 or 4 other customers and I just walked out with a wasted hour of my life and a pineapple dinner.

Read moreI placed an order with the call center at 11:20 am for my employees to have a pizza day, they have lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 the call center told me my pizza would be delivered in 30 minute, at 12:10 I called back the call center, they said they had to transfer me to the store that was making my order, I waited on the phone for several minutes , I then decided to hang out, I decided I would just cancel my order so I called back at 12:30 and a very nice man named Coby answered the phone, I told him what had happened and he informed me that he was short employees and had no delivery drivers that day and was using door dash and they had my order, and he could find out how long it would be until my pizza’s was delivered, he phoned me back within minutes and told me he called the door dash person and he was sending one of his employees to meet up with door dash and she would be at my location in 5 minutes, fabulous I thought because my employees are starving, when the young lady arrived, she only had 6 pizza’s and I ordered 7, Colby then called me back and got my order correct and then sent serval bottles of soda for my inconvenience. I am so grateful for Colby and all his extra effort to make sure we got our pizza’s and how he went above and beyond for us…. Thank you so much Coby...
