I got on the phone with and Employee and told her I made a mistake on my order online she was a little snappy when she told me that the food was already being made and I couldn't change the crust.... I then told her net I would just cancel the order then, I would have paid extra if I had to to change the order... I then called back to talk to the manager and he was even more aggressive in his tone when I explained to him the situation I just wanted to know if I was getting refunded my money because the crust couldn't get changed and I was being polite as possible...I think this store needs to have a customer service class in being a little bit more polite and considerate when it comes...
Read moreI work down the road. Several times I would order food for lunch. Several times they have messed up the order and not gotten here on time. Tonight was the last straw. I scheduled an order at 7:30pm. App said it would still be another 63-73 minutes. I called at 7:25pm if my food would be here on time for my break. I was "reassured it would be. It wasn't. My break was up. I had to call 3 times to cancel my food. First time I was on hold for 10 minutes. The last two times I was rudely hanged up on. Terrible customer service. Terrible drivers....
