Captain D's — Restaurant in West Virginia

I have been to all the Captain D's locations in the Huntington/Teays Valley area. Went to this location yesterday to see if it was any better than the location on 5th Avenue in Huntington. I was yet again disappointed. I ordered the 4 piece country style fish dinner with double coleslaw. The young lady at the register acted like she didnt want to be there and was very nonchalant about me and my parents being there. The food came to our table and I expected the country style to be crisp and fresh. It was soggy and full of water. The coleslaw was bland and had no flavor but the texture was crunchy, which is how I like my coleslaw. I don't usually order the batter dipped fish because it's so greasy, but the country style did not meet my expectations of crunchy and flavorful fish. Finding quality places to eat in the tri state area is deteriorating. Quality and service are rare in fast food chains. I am not a fan of Long John Silver's, but I may have to give them...

I don't know how the food was because we were in the drive thru soooo long I cancelled my order and left. I stopped at the Cap't D's in Teays Valley Sunday evening about 6pm and there was only one cr head of me to order. After 3 minutes they finally took his order. 3 minutes is a long time to wait to order. Then when I got to the window they didn't take my order for 2 minutes! After ordering and pulling up I noticed there were a total of 3 cars to get their food before me. That's ok, not a big deal. I waited 17 minutes and only 2 cars had got their food and left. There was one car ahead of me so I tried to be patient even tho I had already been in their drive thru for 20 minutes. 6 minutes later the car in front of me STILL hadn't got their food!!! Well the dining room was disgusting..we had to use baby wipes to clean our own table..the baked potato was black/ grey on the inside..the rice..fries..broccoli was cold..the girl working the counter was rude!!multiple Employees were setting on the curb by the front door & repeatedly went back out there through out our visit..the trash was running over & No one ever tended the dining room...the floors had stuff spilled and tracked on them everywhere!!
