I had taken advantage of ordering online to drive through to pick up. Placed my order and it showed it would be ready to pick up in roughly 20 minutes. I got there right when it said it would be ready. Was told at the window that they were running a little behind and there was 2 orders ahead of me, which I was understanding of as I am all too familiar with working dinner rush. I was asked to park in their catering parking space. Again being understanding that it may take a little bit I sat and waited watching as others were instructed to park as well. I watched as a few people's meals were walked out to their vehicle. Seeing this I had figured 'oh they will walk mine out to me as well' (seeing as when I was told to park I wasn't instructed that I would need to come back through the line, would need to come in or if they would be bringing it out). I waited for 40 minutes past the time I was told to park and had seen at this point at least 5 orders handed to customers who were using the drive-thru. I had then decided to go back in the line and waited another 20 minutes. By the time I got to the window the boy working it immediately handed me my order which then I informed him that I had been waiting for an hour past the time I was told to park. Following with that they had told me only 2 orders were ahead of me yet I saw multiple sent out. If I was to get back in the line then they should have clarified that when they asked me to park (although I did see orders walked out to vehicles). All I received was a shrug and more forced 'I'm sorry' and he left the window. I was given the option to rate my order. I gave it 1 star and in the area had tried to summarize this and asked that I be contacted. I have yet to hear anything. I am someone who will only leave a review if something is outstanding and shows they go above and beyond, OR if my experience is truly very bad. I am very disappointed and to not be contacted after requesting is what made me to try this route. Read moreThis location was going to be my go to location since it is closer to where I live but after multiple bad experiences I won’t be going to this one any more. The past few times I’ve gone they’ve been out of ingredients before 8pm. No more queso, no more white rice, no corn, no guac, low on chicken so they give smaller portions so they can stretch it out thinly until closing time. The girl behind the register the one time was pretty unpleasant. The employees are always moving very very slowly and if there’s only two people ahead of you in line still expect to wait for at least ten minutes. There is always a few workers just sitting around eating their burritos and bowls and drinking Starbucks which is understandable to have a lunch break but when you’re out of half of your ingredients, your counters are a filthy mess, the floors are dirty, and there are no more plastic forks, napkins, or other utensils then I think there are probably better things the employees could be doing aside from socializing in the dining room. This last visit after not getting the things I wanted on my bowl, I get home which is only a 5-10 minute drive, and my food is below room temperature, nearly refrigerator...
Read moreI was so excited for this location to open as it is way closer to home for me than any of the other Morgantown locations. The first time I tired it, it was great! However, every subsequent time I’ve visited, I have been majorly disappointed. Don’t bother going here past 8 PM, they stop making refills for the food bar and are out of everything, no white rice, queso, pico, guac, etc. and don’t ask for them to make more because they’re “out for the night”. This is ridiculous considering this location closes at 11 PM! I also saw that there was a full container of queso on the to-go station, however I was told there was no queso to be had. Make it make sense. Not to mention there’s always 5+ employees in the place and only 2 working, with the rest sitting around at the tables just chilling. One employee who seems to be management is ALWAYS sitting at the same table directly across from the cash register playing on their phone. I’ll be going back to the UTC location for the foreseeable future, whoever invested in this new location clearly made poor hiring choices and wasted their money.
