Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

I have tried to go to this location 3 times on 3 different occasions and I was unable to be served each time. The first time the employees closed the store 2 hours early due to low staff (completely understandable). I go again a few days later about an hour before close as stated in the online hours and the restaurant was closed. As I’m leaving, I see on the door that they are “sometimes open past 10pm”. Then this morning I arrived at 11am for lunch and as I got to the window the employee told me they could not take my order me due to technical issues. I understand these things are NOT the employees fault but rather a reflection of the management & higher ups. One of my biggest complaints is the online hours state they are open till 12:00am but the business hours on the door state they are 10am-10pm “or later”. Which really is inconvenient when you live 10 minutes away and you can’t even be sure if the place it open until you get there. Horrible customer service. Went in and got food only to have the Cinnabon bites to be served to me FROZEN. As well as ordering 2 beef and bean burritos as Fresco and adding potatoes to both, i had all of 4 pieces of small potatoes on each one, the guacamole was bunched into one end. They attempted to replace the cinnabons. And because they were in rush time, i allowed it. However, upon delivery, they were cold yet again. Freezing in the middle. The general manager insited they had JUST been taken out of the fryer. The outside of them were still cold as well. They were not even fogging up the cup which is typical for ANYTHING hot being thrown into a confined space. As someone who does reviews for a living, i have to say she was one of the rudest GMs i have experienced in a Taco Bell after doing quite a few reviews on each one in my vicinity. Do not go there. Is there no senior management that ever visits this heaping pile of garbage? This is by far this single worst Taco Bell in the entirety of the chain. They have not got even one of my last four orders correctly. Not to mention that they’re literally stealing from customers. I ordered 3 volcano tacos from the kiosk along with a watermelon berry lemonade freeze, simple order. I was given 3 regular tacos and a watermelon only freeze and unfortunately I didn’t realize until I made it home. I drove straight back. The unskilled person behind the counter told me that “we don’t sell volcano tacos anymore. We don’t have watermelon berry freezes either.” So I ask “then tell me why they’re on the menu and tell me why nobody bothered to tell me this and also tell me why I just paid $4 per regular taco, you thieves?” All she could say was “I don’t know.
