Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Virginia

If zero stars was available, that’s what i’d rate it.Absolutely terrible customer service! Not one worker greeted us, smiled at us, or even said a word. When I asked why they wouldn’t give me cheese they gave me the worst attitude and we’re completely out of place. “I’m not the manager I don’t make the rules” in the rudest way and turns to the manager and goes “Tell them why they can’t have cheese.” We go to pay and the lady says our total not asking about chips or a drink or even said thank you!!!! Absolutely Awful will never be back here, i’m in town from out of state and have never in my life experienced people like that. Absolutely the worst chipotle and workers ive ever seen. All three of them need to be fired asap....

This place is always great but my latest experience was phenomenal. I ordered a meal that was supposed to be ready at 7:10, but unfortunately, totally understandably, they ran out of sofritas right before my order was made. Good evidence of the fact that the staff is making fresh food. Normally this would’ve just been an inconvenience and I still would’ve thought nothing of it, but the manager at this establish was so kind as to offer me and my father free drinks and give me extra large portions of both chips and in my bowl. I haven’t had chipotle in a while, thought I’d get a late lunch (3:45pm, not lunch or dinner rush hour). Walked in and the floor, tables, and food counter is FILTHY. It was bad enough that I turned around and walked out before ordering anything. I cannot trust that the food is being prepared in a clean environment when what is visible to customers is in such a poor state. I should have taken pictures. Trash everywhere smashed in corners and under tables. Every table top was dirty. Greasy fingerprints on all of the glass on the doors. They are probably understaffed but maybe have someone clean the lobby???? Should...
