Update: On Monday I noticed a crack in one of my emeralds. I called Michelle and she advised to bring it in today since they were having a diamond event and Viktor could take a look. I was not aware of the fragility of emeralds in rings before today even though I’ve owned the ring since 1995. With Michelle and Jack’s guidance I was able to reset my diamond today in a new and beautiful setting. I am saving my old ring to have reset for another marriage milestone. Everyone was so kind and patience with all my tears but I left with a huge smile on my face. I’m so thankful for Michelle’s and Jack’s expertise and Viktor’s amazing skills. These three are absolutely the best!!! Thank you all so much.

I will be renewing my wedding vows on Saturday and wanted something new to honor our special day. I swapped out the marquise center stone for a new round. Jack said it best a little bit of the old with a little new! Thanks so much to Michelle for telling me about the diamond event. And Jack for convincing me to go bigger! My husband and I went in to look for a new “upgraded” engagement ring after 21 years. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle Haller @ the Highlands Kay Jewelers. I tried on many rings, and found one in store that I liked, but I really loved one I found online. So after a lot of back and forth trying to see if we could find a ring comparable to the one online, we decided to purchase it, sight unseen. Michelle did, however, note all information on the other ring that I would use as my “backup” had I decided that the purchased one wasn’t what I really wanted. Michelle made the whole process super easy and stress free. The purchased ring was overnighted from another store. I went back in and tried it on to see if it would in fact be “the one” and it was! Michelle checked sizing and I am now waiting for its return to my finger! If anyone is needing ANY jewelry and wants an enjoyable experience, you have to ask for Michelle Haller! She has an amazing personality and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your possible purchase. We will only visit Michelle with our future jewelry needs.

My ring was messed up 3 different times it had to be sent out. First it was for sizing only. And when it came back it was all soldered together when we asked for it not to be. Because we are only engaged not married yet. Sent it back again to have it taken apart. When it was taken apart it was in three different pieces when we only wanted the engagement ring detached from the wedding band. Than I finally got to enjoy my engagement ring after a month. But the wedding band had to be sent back to put it back together. And I was told it was going to be expedited but never was it took another three weeks to come back. I honestly didn’t get to enjoy the first part of my engagement being upset about it being messed up so many times. And I had to put a ring Snuggie on my engagement ring because it’s still to big. But DEFINITELY NOT sending it back. I won’t be going back to this location again. And I don't recommend anyone go there if they want to enjoy their engagement.
