As a longtime Target guest on the west coast, I've shopped the Triadelphia store, as well. I was told last month, by a generous Target employee, that I could bring a sweater & jeans back even though I did not have neither a receipt & had taken off the tags. Honestly, it was appreciated at the time that I had been happily offered the policy. Then after a few weeks, I did take a moment to do so, since I had other shopping at Target. Last night an employee named Mike, quickly gave me a short list of what needed to be his effort to do a look up for an exchange. The sweater, I knew for certain, would never be readily physhical in stock. But, I offered to make it a simpler task for him & I'd go locate similiar jeans for him to reference. Upon return, Heather was showing him how to look up an item. We used my cc & the sweater came up. Then, the jeans that I fetched was an incorrect specimen for the returning jeans so I was sent a 2nd quest to get Heather's specifed pair, although, there was both she & Mike at the counter w/o a guest anywhere. I brought another pr, these did not show up on my cc #. When Heather - who had told Mike prior-that she had a bad stomache, said she needed my license for the return. It came back to be around $9. I said no problem, this wasn't worth it & I'd take it for a donation. And, that is the only good thing that came from tonight's fiasco. Mike & Heather are a reason why I should have never offered my time & their expected(?) services to simply receive the luxury to bring back an item to Target. And, Target Wheeling, I sincerely hope that you're not an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt doesn't matter if you have a detailed list glued to your forehead or not; as soon as you walk in to see the discounted items in their neat little red bins, you end up rifling through more fall decor that you don't need to take home, yet you do. You also end up perusing through the rest of the clean and organized aisles because Target already has you forgetting what it was that you came in to do initially, and you remember suddenly that the Santo Palo, Cashmere, and Warm Amber candles smelled terrific when you last fell for this spell. Then you finally remember after an hour of staring at home furnishings that you're picking up a prescription from the very courteous and efficient staff of the integrated CVS pharmacy. You also end up stopping at the Starbucks there on the way out of what should have been 15 minutes because the staff there is terrific, you're thirsty after all that aimless walking without a true goal, and it's got a great matcha tea latte. All in all, I'm not sure if it's a nationwide phenomenon with Target, but this store has always made it easier to get lost in the shopping experience just by it's appearance in the store, friendly staff, and numerous, quality items with...

Each time I come here, I can rely on a worker to quickly and efficiently assist me with whatever I need. While it's difficult to single out one individual for their kindness due to the collective excellence of the entire team, their organizational skills and dedication to getting things done are truly commendable.
Additionally, the Starbucks inside the store is outstanding. The baristas are not only skilled but also exceptionally courteous, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. This Target is a prime example of a well-managed store where the employees genuinely enjoy their jobs and are committed to helping others.
