We Ordered sandwitches online, when we got to the store to pick up our order it was not complete. They seemed busy so we didn't mind waiting. As we waited I noticed the girl making my order, she was toasting my sandwich I clearly stated on the order I did not want it toasted. When I brought it to her attention she argued with me that it needed to be toasted because it was chicken. I calmly told her that I would like the chicken heated but, to not toast it. Then they seemed to be unable to read as they did not put the correct toppings on it. We got our order and drove home, once home realized that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I called and let them know, the girl said bring it back and they would make the right sandwich. I get it they were busy but I have to drive back to get a different sandwich that they messed up and they didnt even offer any compensation for the inconvenience . They made it right by putting our names on their board and replacing the messed up sandwich. Today we order from the app again. My husband's steak sandwich had no cheese, my tomatoes and black olives on his. Not toasted. My sandwich had Mayo (supposed to be ranch) and no tomatoes. Not toasted either. We call and they refuse to make it right unless we bring the sandwiches back. Not everyone is out to get a free sandwich and not everyone wants to spend their evening driving all the way back to get the sandwiches they actually ordered. This place is ridiculous anymore and I will go elsewhere. Do not recommend at all and we used to eat at this subway at least once a week. Will not be back here.
