We went in to look and ended buying a bed thst needed to be ordered, we were assured it would take 2-3 weeks. I explained we needed the bed prior to Christmas Day. We were told it would arrive in time. I understand things happen and around the Holidays things can also get delayed. It was delayed, twice and I was given different dates every time I called. My headboard and foundation had been delivered but nothing else and I was told multiple different dates for arrival for the rest of the bed. After calling a few times we were finally offered additional bed. Nothing like the one we ordered. We were still charged $700 for the foundation we ordered for the original bed we purchased. It does not for this bed and this bed is not meant to have a foundation. Now we have a bed thatās almost 4ā high for a child. I was definitely misled and the sales associate did not help with many options or bother sharing that the foundation did not fit the bed she offered for replacement. So, we paid $1,200 for a much cheaper quality bed and a $700 foundation that we cannot use. We are looking for other furniture for our house and do not recommend going here. Super nice and very helpful. He helped us find what we were looking for and we purchased one that day. March 5 2025 with a delivery date of March 28. Delivery date came and went. With a promise from the distribution center of a week longer. Delivery came and we got part of the sectional with one piece missing and one piece incorrectly ordered. Two more weeks went by and we finally got the rest of our order. Delivery guys were awesome. Very nice and polite and we had no issue with them. The only thing I had issue with was having to call the distribution center and schedule my own delivery. The lady that I spoke too wasn't helpful and gave me the impression she could care less if we got our order or not. She acted annoyed that I even called. I actually dreaded dialing that number. End result we got the sectional we ordered and we love it. I will shop again but maybe I will request that my sales associate handle the delivery...
