Was not my favorite dispensary experience I’ve had. When I arrived I explained I was a new customer there & was met with “We’ll have to make you an account” & silence. Nothing about how the store operates, what they are about, welcoming me in for the first time, etc. Just stares & silence. I’m awkward and hate silence so I asked if they had new customer deals and the one who was typing my info in directed me to the menu on the window.
They only offer a 10% new customer deal. (Lame) they also had their menu set up in the most jumbled, confusing way. (both book AND list form) Some strains with 4-6 percentages under them. it was extremely hard to decipher between what was what. I mentioned that and the desk lady agreed and said it’d be easier to see what was up when I was in the back room.
I get to the back room and it is the most unpleasing, unaesthetic, nonsensical set up I’ve seen. Its a bunch of glass display cases… with paper notes of the strains in them lol… it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. This just looks weird, takes up way too much space, and I have to walk between four cases to find what I want instead of just looking through an organized list. Counters for the budtenders to stand behind, and a flip book for what you have in stock right now (not one giant page with a million strains, contradicting info, and no orginization) would look and operate so much better and more professionally. And smoother for both the customer and bud tender.. which brings me to my next point.
My budtender was less than enthusiastic. I complimented her outfit and got a “….yeah” and then as I’m in there its another silent awkwardness while I pace back and forth from these glass displays with nothing but notecards in them to find what I want. After taking way longer than normal to pick bc it was hard to compare the different cases based on how they are set up - I asked for a bag of ground and though we are looking at the same notecard, she just keeps saying “what? You mean smalls” and I had to read and physically point to it saying ground three times to get what I wanted across. This is where really disliking the glass cases come to into play. They aren’t just confusing your customers, it’s happening to your employees too. Way too jumbled. I see the old review pic when there was only a couple strains available and it looked a lot less confusing. CLEARLY you guys have out grown being able to do that with your volume and now should consider rethinking your organization in that department.
Now onto the product: I went with 7gs of high THC ground ($65) & 1g of 29% ($15) for funsies and was WILDLY disappointed with both. In fact, I would have let everything else just been chalked up to a lame experience had the bud not also been trash - so it is what gave me the push to write the review. I asked the budtender for her recs and what was jumping at the moment. Wasnt given much of an answer but she directed me to the highest thc she had in the store. The 1g of 29% was basic. So basic. It smelled leafy and sweet but was not as potent as I expected at all. It didn’t give any of what its circled effects were and smoked more like a 17-19%. Not too bad of an L bc it was only $15. The $65 7gs was the most repulsive bud I have ever purchased. It is so fine its like baby powder. My “7 gs” looks like it will maybe fill 3-4 bowl packs and thats it. It is so fine, little smell, falls out everywhere. Literally blows away with your breath its so fine. Not to mention it is $15-30 more expensive than ground anywhere else. I audibly laughed when I got home and opened the bag. It was a total loss.
At the end of the day, I literally felt robbed. Drove almost an hour for the most lack luster experience, dealt with the most unenthusiastic staff, paid top dollar more than any other dispensary in the area with the worst new patient discount, for the worst bud I have ever purchased. It was like insult to injury and I wish I could go back in time and just wait until the next morning when all my normal dispensaries were open. Pic of...
Read morePros: - Decent selection, especially of concentrates. Nicely displayed menu and shelving (too bad there’s no buds to actually look at, Thanks WV!) Cool artwork. LOCALLY OWNED.
Cons: - Literally in the parking lot of a strip club. I don’t care about that personally, but some patients do. Weak customer service. Staff was nice enough, but didn’t seem especially excited to discuss cannabis… or have a patient in general, for that matter. MAYBE YOU SHOULD LET THEM ACCEPT TIPS! Only 10% off for first time patients if you sign up for their rewards program. Pamphlets at the sign-in counter use the word “marijuana”. You’re a medical dispensary. You’re using a dated propaganda term for medicine. Even the state refers to it as medical cannabis. Higher prices than competition. No in-house brand, so no exotic strains that you wouldn’t find at another disso, but some unique options I haven’t seen offered by the brands they carry.
TL;DR: Not planning on coming back unless they have better pricing or better genetics, I’ll keep an eye on their website.

Read moreEvery time I go to this dispensary, there’s always a rude employee. This time was my breaking point, I call to check and see if they still have my order and I ask the lady at the front what the terps were on this one product. It took her 6 mins (clearly she didn’t know what she was doing or looking for) but continued to give me the wrong information on it instead of asking anyone else there. Also when I called the lady didn’t even ask me for my name, info, nothing just “yep” and silence. Idk if she’s having a bad day or what, but if your customer service personality is compared to a dead animal, then maybe you shouldn’t be working in retail. Also, y'all need to stop putting the patient stickers over the product info, we like to see what’s in our stuff. I will not be back to this location due to poor customer service, being lied to and lack...
