I was on my way to work and I work in a restaurant that I'm sick of eating at. Ricottis is on the way so I figured I'd grab a sub for later. I ordered the Jackson bbw chicken and Cheddar sub which usually has grilled onions but I swapped those for green peppers. I knew I wasn't going to be able eat it for several hours so in the special instructions spot i asked for the bbq on the side. I called the restaurant to verify and clarify my order and the lady on the phone (I didn't get her name) was so freaking nice. She understood the situation and went above and beyond for me and put everything seperate so it would be perfect hours from when I picked it up. It stayed in the walk in cooler at my work until I left and was still fresh. I was so appreciative and the sandwich freaking rocked when I finally ate it 6 hours later. I ordered from them for the first time today. I got a small chicken cutlet and a large one. The large had mayo and provolone and the small just provolone. Flavor wise it was good however it is advertised as a Chicken cutlet and it is not. It's a chicken tender sandwich. I will not get that again. Also got some mozzarella sticks which even though there not breaded they're batter coated they were pretty good. Would get them again. Also got a medium steak and cheese with mayo and extra cheese. My husband and I started ordering from this place about six months ago, and now it's our go-to spot—at least twice a month! The service is always amazing, the prices are super reasonable, and the food is consistently delicious.

Last night’s order deserves a special shout-out. I’m pregnant and the cravings have definitely taken a turn—think burnt bacon and pickles on a BLT (hold the tomato, of course). I left my odd request in the special instructions and not only did they absolutely nail it, but they also added a sweet personal touch by writing “for baby” on the sandwich wrap.
