Giorgio's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

We have ate at Giorgio’s many times since moving to the area. We’ve had one not so great experience, but when I called to speak to a different employee/manager, he was extremely apologetic and asked us what he could do to make it better. We didn’t want our money back or the things we ordered replaced. We only wanted to be sure, that they were aware of our disappointment, and that we are loyal customers. I’m certain had we of asked for one of those two, things which were in reason, the gentleman k spoke to would have made sure to do that for us. He was extremely apologetic , and reassured us it would never happen again. That was now months ago.

Since then we’ve ordered food without any complications. I believe this was an isolated inncident as well as uncommon for their establishment.

I love the text messages I get from them too. They always offer great deals, and the “guess the number” for a free 18 in cheese pizza is a steel! This is the first time we won this but I have used their other promos as well. What they say is what you get. With the guess the number promo, it is exactly what it says- free 18in pizza, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY! The pizza was perfect and we will of course keep going back to them!

If you are in the Exton area, I would definitely check out Giorgio’s. This is the only place we order pizza, cheese steaks and dinner out, of this nature, since we arrived in Exton last year. Fast, friendly, and great food Always!

I could not check this, but where it says how much did we spend, this last time a couple days ago, we actually spent $0.00. Because we won the free pizza. Often for 4-5 people we spend about $50-$75. It’s worth...

I've been coming to this place for about 4-5 years now and throughout that time, while some of the crew may have changed over time, ultimately the same handful of people have been running it from the start. What started initially as just popping in from time to time just to get something for lunch when I forgot to pack something for work has evolved; The comradery and atmosphere make this feel like a place run by a small family that look forward to a familiar face. Lighthearted and at times a little goofy in attitude, it never reflects on what they make as they take providing fantastic food and service seriously. While it's not the biggest building or the fanciest looking restaurant in Exton, the reason I keep coming back is because they just have a way of making you feel right at home amongst friends that will take care of you. All while providing what is arguably the prettiest pizzas and appetizers in town at a reasonable cost.

To Grant, to Saeeda, to Billy, to Carlos and to anybody else that I've missed the name of: You not only make hundreds of people's days easier, but brighter and more pleasant in the same breath. Thank you for the time, the money and the hard hours you've invested in making this single corner of Exton feel like I've lived here my whole life surrounded by loved ones. I hope you never stop growing until this place becomes synonymous with the best this town has...

Food is ok but Customer service is terrible. I’ve lived in Exton for about a year now and I’ve loved their restaurant. The manager is rude but in times of covid that’s understandable. I called in today because I thought there was a mix up in price and wanted to confirm. From the beginning he was not friendly and was curt which I found surprising. I continued to inquire about the prices when he told me I was on the wrong website. When I tried to object saying that’s not what is on the website, he very rudely told me that’s not his prices or his website. When I proved him wrong he was never apologetic but continued to be extremely rude. After I found the correct prices I misspoke and said 17.88 when it was 17.98. Again he rudely corrected me, at this point in the 10 minute phone call I told him I would report the charge because he was being rude and promptly hung up. The food is Good and if you order in store. Delivery is another story. The sad part is that I really liked the restaurant and ordered often this experience...
