This is hands down the worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever been to — and I don’t say that lightly.
First off, Google says they’re open until midnight, but in reality, they shut down at 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 10:18 p.m. and saw an employee walking out. I asked him directly if they were still open. He looked me dead in the eye and said, “Yeah, they’re still taking orders, just go through the drive-thru.” So I did — only to find out they were already closed. I sat there at the speaker like an idiot while he and his coworkers watched from inside, knowing full well I was wasting my time. That wasn’t confusion. That was an employee intentionally making a fool out of me. Absolutely disgraceful.
And let’s be clear: this wasn’t a one-time mistake. On the occasions they are actually open, the service is still horrendous. You can place an order online, but they won’t even start making it until you show up — so you end up waiting 20+ minutes anyway. It’s pure chaos. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Good luck getting anyone to help you.
And the food? Don’t even get me started. It’s some of the worst I’ve ever tasted — cold, soggy, poorly made, like they’re actively trying to make you sick. I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. If someone told me they got food poisoning here, I’d believe it without hesitation.
To top it all off, they’ve got a sign at the counter that says “No refunds.” That’s their policy now. They literally expect you to accept whatever garbage they hand you, no matter how bad it is — even if it makes you sick. No accountability. No customer service. Just a shrug and a “too bad.”
Food: 1/5 — barely edible Service: 1/5 — rude and lazy Atmosphere: 1/5 — depressing and chaotic

I didn’t think much of it but thought the drive-thru was broken. (It wasn’t. Just laziness) After being the only one in line, I waited 5 minute at the register until a cashier made an appearance. (Red flag 2). I ordered 2 items. One kfc, the other taco bell. After ordering and paying. The kitchen yells up and says they don’t have all the ingredients for my kfc. “Ok, no problem, I’ll just take the Taco Bell and get a refund for the KFC”. “Sorry we don’t issue refunds” says the cashier. “Ok? So you made me pay for an order of food that you don’t have, then expect me to be ok with NOT getting money back and force me to choose another item that I don’t want?” How does that make sense? Read moreI had ordered here for my boyfriend and I, I wanted to mobile order, but unfortunately that option wasn’t available. When I got there, I explained multiple times to the person taking the order what I wanted and what items I didn’t want on it (such as tomatoes, sour cream, etc.). The person kept interrupting me as I was ordering, therefore not catching what I wanted/ wanted off my order, which I found really disrespectful and which I believe is the cause for all of my order mess ups. As they gave me the food, I didn’t get the chance to check the bag because the drive thru line was tremendously long, however en I got home it was pure disappointment. I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme combo WITH NO TOMATOES OR SOUR CREAM AND ADD ONIONS I got it with tomatoes and sour cream and no onions my boyfriend had gotten the nacho bell grande combo WITH NO TOMATOES, NO SOUR CREAM, NO BEANS AND ADD RICE AND POTAOTES and he ended up having to throw the nachos away….he ate the taco, but nothing was in the taco because it was barely wrapped in the paper and spilled all over the bag.
