0 stars as well. When I first walked in to the store I was greated 1st thing. But it was not Edward, they had to call him from the back of the store. When Edward finally got up front, I was talking to him and he proceeded to talk to the people that called me up front. And when he spoke to me I could barely understand a word that he was saying. When I was placing my order he was not making eye contact and was staring at something at the front of the store. Then I had to repeat my order 2 or 3 times. I wanted 2 things and he proceeded to ring me up for 1 thing and told me my total. Had to tell him 2 more time what else I wanted. So after that I went to go get my drink and the drink station was a complete mess, and on top of all that trash that was on the counter both of the drink choices I wanted were just seltzer water. So then I went to go sit down and long and behold almost every table was dirty in the dining room. And the floor ha that was dirty as well. So after cleaning my own table I proceeded to wait ten minutes for my food when I 8 I just took the bag and went and sat at the table. But while i was waiting for my food 2 employees were leaving and neither 1 of them cleaned the drink station come on it's right there in eye sight of the counter. Then another employee walked out of the back and went to the bathroom mean while Edward was at the drink station and tried the same sodas that were out and not only did he not clean up drink station he never changed the sodas as well. For the whole hour I spent at this location no one ever came out and cleaned up the dining room, mean to tell you food all over the floor and almost every table was dirty. Needless to say this was the first time in a while that I came here and will probably be the last time that I visit this location and I will not recommended this place to anyone at all. Oh I don't work here but I cleaned my own table before and after my meal. I mean how hard is it to work. Was in the fast food industry for a while and let me tell you it was not that hard to run a store and keep it clean at...
Read moreCaren, the gentleman manager, is nothing but rude, unprofessional, not customer friendly at all, and should not be working with the public. He hasn't 1 ounce of customer service skills. He is insulting to the customers that keep him in business... It's crazy. It was March 5th when I go and order our food.. I get back to Phoenixville and discovered that someone gave us the wrong order. I called immediately.. A nice gentleman assistant manager... who was not Caren... apologized for the mix- up.. He said not to bring the food back. Meanwhile my wife just tested for Covid and I did as well several days later. The assistant manager said he would refund the order back to the credit card (which I gave to him over the phone) ... He said it could take up to 5 to 7 days and to check with our bank if we didn't see it. After being sick with Covid... we just checked today and noticed the credit wasn't back on the credit card, so we called immediately and spoke to the manager today. My wife explained the entire story to Caren as I was sitting there... while they were on speaker... listening. He starting yelling and shouting... asking why it has been 1 month and we are just complaining about the food now. We don't know how he came up with that deduction... since we had already told him our first phone call was the same exact night we got the food.. . plus it hasn't even been 1 month. He started screaming that he's not giving any refund to anyone and that he doesn't care what his other manger said or promised us and that we should have brought back the food regardless of any reason or illness. ( which is even more disturbing).. He proceeded to insult us screaming "I ain't giving anybody free money there are scammers out there looking for free money.. You're a scammer" etc. More insults were thrown. We've never experienced such rudeness before and hopefully we never will again... especially from a so- called manager. He should be fired. There's no room for anyone like him in the work force. Btw, our jobs are white - collar and we make good money.. Not knocking anyone who works blue- collar jobs or fast - food... I am saying what I'm saying because of his insults... insinuating that we are scammers and whatnot. My six-year old would have handled this situation ten-times...
Read moreThis place is again the worst dining experience I have had recently. You would think it's fast, convenient and your typical fast food restaurant. Not the case at all. The place was not clean, the soda station had drink spills all over. The staff were engaged in personal talk then assisting customers. I ordered my food at 4:45 according to my receipt. I didn't get my food till 4:57. 12 minutes to fix 3 tacos. After the girl took my order she went out front of the store along with other employee's and was outside talking to someone else in a KFC hat and they appeared to be arguing about someone. This left only 3 people who I could see working behind the counter. There was one guy just standing around. He was doing nothing but talking to the others. When I asked about my food 5 minutes into my order he acted like I was talking in a language you has never heard before and just relayed to the other person what I just asked. I went to go sit down and waited another 5 minutes and another 2 minutes before I was handed my food which was already made but sitting in a bag on the counter. It appears someone made it and let it sit there till I said something as everyone was outside. I could have walked back there and grabbed it. The whole place didn't show any customer service skills at all. I don't plan on returning and I would never order anything to go or delivered again. Oh while I was waiting on my food another customer came in and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take his order. He finally said some not to nice language...
