Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

Absolutely baffled by my experience here. First of all the A/C wasn't on so it was disgustingly hot. Maybe it wasn't working? I don't think anyone would willingly work in there without AC. It would definitely explain why the 3 people working there were.....not doing a great job. There were 3 teenagers (I'm guessing, they looked young) working there and it was not crowded at all when we were there but it took way too long for what we ordered. Our food sat there ready and we waited for them to call our name until we eventually had to ask if that was our food sitting on the counter lol. Not a single napkin in either dispenser, they gave the wrong chips in the order, and charged for a water bottle despite not having any bottles so I got a cup of water instead (which i probably wouldnt have gotten to begin with if the one worker didnt ask if i ordered a drink). Overall a terrible experience and I feel bad for the kids working there. Get more people on staff and fix...

This Cafe opens at 7am I arrived about 8:50am from leaving the gym and there was a gentleman at the front counter. At first the smell of the cafe was disgusting but i tried to oush pass it because i just wanted a drink but As soon as he seen me he walked to the back and never came back to the front. Now I was thinking maybe he needed to use the bathroom and maybe that's what I was smelling but then it was clear as day he was in the back either cleaning or starting to heat things up or turn things one idk. But I waited patiently until 9:10am when I realized I wasn't going to be served and no he was not the only one in there. I love going to this Cafe and today was the first time it was an absolute NO for me so yikes to that. But hopefully they can get more staff...

Just left this place without the smoothies that we ordered because the girl behind the counter clicked away our order while we watched her do it, then just moved on to making other smoothies. After we waited for another 15 minutes thinking somehow they'd fix this, we cut in line and asked for our money back.
