Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Westbrook

I went through the drive through and placed an order just to find out it was almost completely wrong items when I got home. All but one of the items was correct. I wasn't mad as I lived ten minutes away so I returned the order and asked them to replace it with the correct one. I did ask them to remake the one item they did get right because it was now cold and soggy. They did remake it however, they proceeded to argue with me about it over the drive through speaker. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by who I assumed was a manager, a young lady with tattoos on her forearms and wore glasses who argued with me about remaking the one item. She said it cost her money to do so and it wont happen again. I did start to explain how it wasn't my fault and she closed the window in my face. She did not apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back and have my order replaced or anything just sort of scolded me for wanting a warm order that I paid good money for. So I cant recommended this location as I have had multiple issues with this one as the staff are unprofessional and getting a correct order is near impossible for me. I will not return to this location and will drive the extra miles to the Windham or South Portland locations if I ever feel like eating Taco bell. The issue is the management here. I orders 2 drinks, a steak quesadilla, and a large fry. I did this threw Uber Eats, Uber did fine with time considering I am figuring the store was busy do to how long it took them to prepard my order. I Understand that dinner rush was probably happening and I was fine with waiting. When the order arrived I had 1 drink a chicken quesadilla and the fries felt like they had been sitting for longer then my order took to arrive. The driver told me the store specifically only gave him one drink for my order and my digital recipe definitely says 2 for almsot 3 dollars a peice. I do not suggest this taco bell if you have the option I would go to a different location or different restaurant. But thats not all when I called to speak with someone they didnt answer the phone so I tried a couple times and they ended up unplugging the phone. Fast friendly service. I would have given 5-stars except for the fact that I asked 3 times for extra taco sauce and I still didn't get it. Also, I ordered nachos and received a plastic cup of cheese sauce and a little pouch of corn chips. A side note of constructive criticism - Everyone knows how messy tacos, burritos and everything fried from KFC is. Why does Taco Bell/KFC have the thinnest, weakest napkins and bags? I'm don't expect top of the line napkins or bags from any fast food place, but what TB/KFC provides is literally ONE STEP UP FROM NOTHING. Even layering these cheap napkins didn't prevent me from tearing through multiple layers just trying to wipe off my lips after a few bites from a taco. I used up all 4 of the napkins that I was given and then had to go get some paper towels to do the job. If TB/KFC needs to save money then buy the better bags and napkins that are blank.
