I go into this Dunkin' at Westbrook Crossing, every day. I work at Kohl's. I order a Caramel Craze latte lately and it is perfect when Jenna takes the time from her busy sandwich station to come make my drink. Jenna always has a great attitude and is very friendly, however, I cannot say that about all the morning employees. Tina, has not only been rude to me frequently, but other customers as well. She has a poor attitude and you can tell she doesn't do much around this store. On the other hand, I have seen Jenna outside changing trash, working the busy sandwich station and making drinks for customers all in the same hour. Jenna deserves to be the highest paid employee there and I hope she is. If I were her, I would look for a career in a higher paid customer service position. She runs that place on any given day with the best attitude I have seen from a fast food worker. I would suggest looking at the other employees and discussing their bad attitudes and lack of work ethic and promote Jenna to something of great importance in your corporation.

I used on-line ordering, as NO ONE would answer the phone, and used Grubhub for delivery....as we are from out of town, staying in a hotel, and drive semi - so not able to drive to stores... My order was accepted, tracked, and delivered on-time . HOWEVER....my order was COMPLETELY wrong, and AGAIN - NO ANSWER at the store...in fact the number listed transfers to the fax, and other numbers listed in directories are “no longer in service.” I ordered 2 blueberry and 2 coffee cake muffins - received 1 coffee cake, 3 blueberry -2 of which that looked like they were crushed before placing in the bag. I also ordered 5 Boston Creme, 2 Jelly filled, and 5 Vanilla Creme doughnuts...received a variety of everything BUT what was ordered..... Definitely NOT impressed with this Dunkin..... 5 stars to GrubHub...they were perfect! 0 stars to Dunkin...(even though I had to list 1 star to post review)....a lot of money for wrong items and no way to get the...
Read moreSo I just stopped here because the coffee I got 20 minutes before they didn't lock the lid on and when went to take a sip cover blew off dumped all down my face everything scolding hot I dropped it so went back to let them know and kid at window starts being really rude obviously shouldn't be working with the public at all but good to know this is who and how our local store is represented if I was management Ida fired him right there on the spot I look forward to the actual manager to reach out to me cuz I've never been so disrespected at a place that thrives off its guests so for anyone reading this I'd drive a extra mile to different location if you want to be treated human I ask for kids name he gives me two different names A+ on customer service...
