Starbucks — Restaurant in Westerville

I have loved this location for a couple of years now but this morning I ordered my usual hot chocolate with 5 pumps of raspberry and was shocked! This drink in the past and at other locations is $3.65. Today, however it was $6.15! Much to my surprise Brooklyn told me she’s been trained to charge $.50 per pump. I love this starbucks. In my experience, the staff is always great. I placed a mobile order today (just a sandwich) and when I got to the speaker, I was told it was out of stock. I was able to get a different sandwich and they offered me a complimentary treat. The person working the drive-through (around 2:30/3pm) was so sweet despite being super busy. It's tough to remain calm and deliver wonderful customer service during rushes....
