Man these kids never disappoint me i freaking swear. I wish i could post more then one review because I'd blow then up every time. Pistachio cream cold foam is where it's at 100. freaking love this Starbucks and all it's employees. They are awesome, friendly and inviting. Doesn't matter if I use drive thru service or front counter, they are always so patient and helpful when I'm not sure what I'm getting that day. I always try to leave a decent tip for them to show my appreciation whether be cash or my card. I've became kinda of Regular there they great me by name which i also love about it.. Ooh And the smell, I absolutely love the aroma of coffee and sweets combined. I use to go to random Starbucks to get my drinks which ever was nearest to my location at that time haha. But now I wait until I'm in Westerville, and before work ⁸ There is only one time I can think of where the service wasn't the nicest. But i didn't take any hurt feelings over it. Everyone has bad days sometimes. Especially when some customers aren't the easiest to pleese, or feel entitled to get so much for so little. Even with the greatest of service, they never tip or show appreciation so I get it.. Read moreOn 8/28/2025 we placed a mobile order around 730A with estimated pickup around 745A. We arrived at 745A and there was a sign posted on the door instructing mobile orders to go to the drive through.
The drive through was at least 15 cars long and I needed to get my kids to school by 8, so we couldn't pickup the order.
My daughter was disappointed because it's her birthday and Starbucks before school was a small birthday present for her.
Compounding my frustration, the app has no easy way to get a refund.
If the store is short-staffed, they need to either
A) indicate in the app that mobile orders are not allowed
B) put a sign on the door that says the store is open for mobile pickup orders only

I have a standing healthcare appointment in the area and on NUMEROUS occasions have stopped by for a pick-me-up only to find the store closed or out of basic items. Today was the final straw; I stopped by as a treat to my daughter for hot chocolate on a snowy day (and my normal drink of choice which of course they did not have). After leaving I cracked the lid to allow the drink to cool to find that the drink wasn’t even full! No, this isn’t after a sip, spill and even as room for whipped cream goes this is unacceptable.
