Wendy's — Restaurant in Westfall Township

Let me start off my saying I have literally never left a review for anything in my entire life, and if I could give this negative stars or at least zero I would. I've always been a Wendy's fan they're way fresher than other fast food places and have never used pink slime for meat. But this Wendy's in Milford Westfall would have me rather drive two minutes to the Mc Donald's down the road. I've have been both indoor and through drive through and all but one have been lousey experiences here. I just wanted to give them more chances because of how much I don't like Taco Bell and Mc Donald's which are the only other fast food places near by. Not only do every time whether it's inside or the drive though everyone always seems to have an additude like they can't be bothered. They assume what you want while you're ordering making if very frustrating when you already know what you want and are trying to tell them. It took four different times trough the drive though asking for no ice in my drink for them to finally get it right the first time. I've gotten cold food, watery soda, and the soda cup not even filled all the way before. The thing that bothered me most though is that one day inside while waiting for my food I saw a women handling and prepping food for orders while NOT wearing gloves. I was instantly turned off. Working in the food industry in the past I know how easy and important it is to simply wear gloves while handling customers food. I said something to the person I was with but I didn't want to cause a scene so I left it alone. But as I was pointing it out to my boyfriend an employee who was clocking out must've overheard. For the rest of the fourish minutes in the establishment our time was filled with glares whispers and the most sarcastic "have a nice day" from the woman who was clocking out that I've ever heard. I'd understand some frustration from the employees if I was a fussy customer but I literally just pointed out to my boyfriend that THEY WERE THE PEOPLE CONTAMINATING OTHER PEOPLES FOOD which their germy hands. I can say without falter that I will never be coming back to this Wendy's and will advise everyone I know to...

1st: I asked that my food would be Hot, not so as it was PeeWarm & she assured me it was & I asked NO ice in drink, ice in drink!! 2 ND: My car started loosing power rt there in the Drive thru but was able to get it around to the other side of building before it went completely Dead!!! Mind U there was at least a 20 to 25 min wait at the Drive thru & only 2 vehicle ahead of me!!! This was around 9:30 PM on Sunday night 3/11/18!!! I get to other side & call my son as I live in Middletown, NY!!! AS I'm calling my son, I reached for my F/F & find that they are PeeWarm & so are the chic nuggets, didn't try the Chic sandwich as that didn't feel any warmer than the rest of my Supposedly Hot food!!! We called for Tow/T & it would be awhile & it was below 30*out so I went to go inside Wendy's & by then they had locked doors for night, so I walked around to Drive up & asked if I could wait inside till T/T came as it was freaking cold out there!!! The woman manager said NO she couldn't do that!!! I wasn't about to start walking around a dimly lit P/L to see if I could find a place to go in & wait, so I sat in my COLD car!!! Terrible service..they messed up my entire order..I ordered 2 chicken BLTs from the value menu, they were both given to me with no bacon, or tomato on both sandwiches, just a chicken sandwich with lettuce so we went back up and complained, they fixed the sandwiches, but I ended up just throwing it out anyways because it was drenched with mayonnaise. My wife ordered the asiago chicken ranch club, it was given to her also with no bacon. We went back up and they fixed that as well..she takes a few bites and realize something is missing, there was no asiago cheese as well and it was spicy! My wife literally spit it right out after they "fixed" it because she can't do spicy food and it wasn't supposed to be spicy. Again it was basically just another plain chicken sandwich. I normally don't complain, but come on, I just spent $34 here on my family and it's supposed to be a "fast" food restaurant but nothing about it is fast when they mess up an entire order.
