Edit: can I leave a -star?

Edit: Went from a 5 star to a 1 star within a year. No one can take my order correctly no matter how clear I say it any more and the employees are constantly making mistakes on orders they make and laugh about it in front of guests. Not sure what happened to this place but whomever got rid of the previous manager and staff made a really bad call.

Fast, Efficient and Good Spirited!

The morning team at Big Apple Marketing in Westford, MA is one one of the best I've ever come across. Such an amazing team of women working together like a well oiled machine! If you're one of the lucky people to have this Dunkin's on your route to work every day you understand. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, and they're always pleasant given that they are probably up earlier than I am, and deal with way more bs than anyone should have to that early in the day. I don't know the name of the manager, but she kills it. She is very good at communicating with and assisting her team, and is extremely good at reading the flow of people coming in - anyone working for Dunkin's would be blessed to work with her.

This is without a doubt the best Dunkin Donuts in Westford. I come here everyday. I have gotten to know the workers and Holly and Arthur who work the week morning shift are definitely the dream team. They've gotten to know the type of coffee I want iand pretty much have it ready for me right as I walk in the door. The other workers are great as well. The night time and weekend workers are well trained and very efficient. I highly recommend this...

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! So absolutely tired of the laziness EVERYTIME on my order! I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and everytime they only put one cream cheese on it and leave the other one untouched.
