CiCi's — Restaurant in Westlake Village

1/7/24 Always the best. We just love having breakfast at Cici's. The service, food, and ambiance are amazing. It was so nice to see Oummie, our server, as well as Brenda, who stopped by to say hello. Every time we are in Westlake Village, we always make time for a scrumptious Cici's breakfast. Today, we both ordered omelets. I had the Palmmy omelet with sliced tomatoes no toast, and my wife had the Cee omelet no toast, and oh my, was the delicious. We watched as pancake and waffle creations walked by to other tables, and they just looked heavenly. The service and smiles of each person who works there bring joy to our hearts as they love what they do. They have other locations but truly aim for the Westlake Village location as they are amazing. They also have an outdoor patio. We always sit at the bar area as the conversation with staff and nearby patrons makes the experience that much better. Highly recommended.

9/10/23 Stopped in for breakfast this morning, and it was wonderful. Brenda and Dante helped us and were simply great hosts and servers. We ordered our coffee and juices and then decided on our entrees. My wife had the French toast and two eggs over medium, and I had Palmmys Omelet with potatoes and sourdough toast. Both meals were cooked to perfection and presented well but, most importantly, tasted heavenly. Brenda and Dante were quite attentive and professional, and their entire staff were so friendly and coordinated. The ambiance is positive, pleasant, and joyful, and we highly recommend Cici's as they are fantastic.

5/16/2023 What a great way to start the day. My wife and I had breakfast at Cici's, and it was wonderful. We were served by Palmmy and her amazing team of coworkers. The eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, and pancakes were all prepared and served to perfection. We visit Cici's every time we are in the area, and the service, ambiance, and food are all fantastic. Highly recommended. 1/16/23 Stopped at Cici's today for breakfast and what a wonderful place. Rada our amazing server was so professional and pleasant as well as an amazing worker. My wife had two eggs over medium, hashbrowns and wheat toast and I had two scrambled eggs, sliced tomatoes, chicken sausage and cottage cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection served hot and tasty. The coffee was excellent as well. Great place, people and food. Highly recommended

RUDEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Don't know about the food quality, because we left! We had reservations for Father's Day yesterday, which were made a couple weeks ago. When we arrived (on time), I was told our table was not ready, so our large party waited outside. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went to check, and they said our table was not ready yet. About 15 minutes later, I checked again, and they said they were ready to seat us. When we followed the host to our table, he was putting us at a four-person table (we had a party of 11). So our entire party had to back out of the grossly overcrowded restaurant. Still, we were being patient. After a few more minutes, I went inside to see if there was any progress and noticed that a different list (walk-ins) than where my name was had multiple red marks through names. I asked them why they were seating walk-ins when they could have put a couple tables together for our RESERVATION and not sat walk-in customers. They said, "We can't make everyone happy" (which I heard them say to numerous people). Also while we were waiting, I heard one "host" come outside, call a name, and if he received no response, he would say, "John, party of two? John, where are you? John, are you playing bingo? John, are you golfing? John, you're gone!" and walk back inside. (He did this at least ten times while we were there). I noticed lots of people annoyed. The last straw was when the host who was supposed to be in charge of seating us walked by and I tried to remind him that we were still waiting, and he said "Yes, I remember" with complete disrespect and attitude. I said, "We're out of here," and he sarcastically said, "Bye"! I was in such shock; I couldn't believe someone in customer service would act so horrifically! So we walked across the parking lot to The Lure, and they were spectacular - friendly, courteous, professional, and the atmosphere was way better. The Lure saved our Father's Day! I will NEVER (attempt to) dine at CiCi's. We would have understood if someone would have explained in a nice way that they were doing the best they could. HUGE menu, and HUGE portions. The place is located right off the highway, and is between two other restaurants.

EXTERIOR: The place has adequate seating benches that allow for many people to be able to sit while waiting. Theres a beautiful tree that gives incredible shade. There is an open patio seating area right in front, as well as a back patio. I highly recommend you request for the back patio option. Its behind the building, and offers a much quieter experience in my opinion.

INTERIOR: The interior is very well designed, and decorated. It has a modern feel with a couple booths on one wall, and several tables. Though the tables will be rather close to each other, as it will get full very quickly. Layout is typical of what you'd see in a cafe/restaurant.

SERVICE: I arrived on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend) at around 9:30am, and there was a 30-45min wait. I imagine this wait time changes based on the day of the week, and how soon you get there. We were sat down, and given the menu which is HUGE a ton of options to choose from. I wish they had pictures of a couple of them. Service was great considering our waiter was attending to 4 tables plus my table. Quick at taking our order, very helpful in helping us decide what was great for first timers. The order took what about 20mins for it to be brought out to us. Quick seeing as how full the place was.

FOOD: Food is the best part. The menu is HUGE. There are pages and pages of the different combinations they offer. From french toast, eggs benedict, to your standard eggs and ham. Lots and lots of combinations to choose from. The portions are huge, and even more important. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the potato scallops.

OVERALL: Overall the place is a very personal place to eat. Wether its by yourself, as a couple or a family. It caters to all types.
