Chopt Creative Salad Co. — Restaurant in Westlake

This is my new favorite restaurant! I love this place. THANK YOU for bringing Chopt to Westlake. First, the atmosphere--I walked in and was greeted by every employee who passed. When I went to the kiosk to order, the manager, Michael came over and welcomed me. He asked if I had ever been to Chopt and I hadn't, so he offered to help me with the ordering process. I could tell that he actually loved the food and believed in the restaurant's values or healthy, fresh food, because he made a number of suggestions--all of which (I could tell) he sincerely loved. His passion was contagious and refreshing.

It was cool to see the prep work and cooking happening right before our eyes--that way we knew our food was of the highest quality. Michael brought my salad to me and checked by later to see how I liked it. WOW, this place has hospitality down. I felt like he really cared that I was there and that I was having a great experience.

I ordered Emily Sonnet's Signature Salad and it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors came together so nicely and there were 51 grams of PROTEIN...I was floored. I've been working toward integrating more protein and veggies into my diet, so this meal was a slam dunk. (great suggestion, Michael).

Absolutely amazing salads and wraps! We stopped by today and placed a to go order. We definitely expected for it to be packed and of course they had a wait. Seriously it was worth it! This is definitely a business that hires people that ACTUALLY show up and want to work. It was great to see that every employee was busy and each had a very specific task/job at the station they were in. I hate going to places and seeing employees just standing around doing nothing. The food was extremely fresh. I love how you can do a custom salad because I'm sure picky. The only thing is that the drink station options were practically all empty so that was the only flaw in my opinion. Can't wait to come back for another salad!! Went to Chopt to get my online pickup order. Naturally, as it was Friday during lunch hour, it was slammed. I had to wait but I didn't care, I knew it would be busy. I got my salad 20 mins after scheduled pickup time and went home. I got the southwest steak salad and an olipop.

The salad was fine. I mean, it was decent, but I don't think I'd pay 15 bucks for it again. There were like 5 small pieces of steak in it. The bowl itself was huge, but not a lot of steak which left something to be desired. I'm glad I tried it, but I probably wont be back. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I'll stick to Salad Kraze in...
