I regularly experience poor service at this location. Here's just a few:
Staff often ignores customers in the drive-thru. They will wait on customers in one lane, but ignore the other.
A complete mystery when they're closed. The location will often not have it's parking lot lights on, and sometimes will have all the lights on, and you'll sit in the drive-thru with no service. I've been there around 8:30 and had teenagers working there, ignoring me in the drive-thru, and then drove around saw the person who's supposed to be working the window playing on their phone. When I sat at the window, after 10 minutes they finally turned to me, opened the window and said they were closed. It's a common occurrence with this location, which closes apparently whenever employees feel like it.
The location has signs up saying that the lobby is open for diners again, but the doors are always locked. It actually has the signs all over the building advertising it.
Insanely slow lines that take over 20 minutes. I had employees there mess up my order and I didn't realize it until I got back home down the street. So I drove back and was forced to sit in line another 20 minutes and still didn't reach the speaker system to fix my order. I ended up giving up, since I was going to be late for work after spending almost an hour trying to get my food.
The slowness also has led to food often being cold. I frequently get burgers and fries that are ice cold at this location.
Bad service. My aunt went there one day and asked for fresh hot fries, because she was aware that the food was often cold here. After waiting a long time for her order, an employee brought out her food, which contained... ice cold fries that were completely cold to the touch. She drove around then to have employees give fresh fries like had been asked for in the first place, and was told by management that they weren't going to, because they had already given her the cold fries, completely negating her reason for waiting in the first place, and negating the request to...

As if it wasnt bad enough that it took over 30 min in drive thru and I had to keep saying hello in speaker for over 5 min before anyone said anything, one I got to the window to pay, the guy who was on his cell phone, asked what did I have. Mind you only one lane of drive thru was open so clearly because he was on his phone he was distracted. I used the app so I said, the order for Raven and named off each item, when he handed the receipt it was for someone elses much larger order. I said you charged me for the wrong order even though I repeated it to you. His response was, relax calm down. I couldnt believe it and asked for manager. The managers disposition was even worse. Told me I was holding up the line when I told him the issue. So when Im trying to tell you about your employees misconduct now all of a sudden youre concerned about the speed of the line when I pointed out how it took forever for his employee to even respond to me saying hello in the speaker. When I called him out on both of their lack of professionalism, and that their lack of professionalism is the reason why many dont deserve 15 an hr, then Im the one disrespectful. They refused to give either of their names. The so called manager would only say Im the night manager. Needless to say I wont be back to this, if any McDonalds again. This location & several near me often have issues with professionalism and accuracy with orders, but this is the last straw for me when the managers obviously see no issue with their employees conduct or their own even. Read moreI took my children to this mcdonald's for ice cream and experienced horrible customer service from the manager that was working that shift around 8 pm. After ordering ice cream I took my children to play in the play area. Around 8:50 pm this young girl who I'm assuming manager comes inside the play area stands at the doors and yells its time time go we close at 9:00 pm in a very demeaning way. I started getting my children ready to leave as fast as I could and the entire time this manager is rolling her eyes smacking her mouth and constantly yelling its time to go. I shortly realized she was in such a rush because there was a man waiting for her in the lobby and as soon as she kicked us out the play area she walks up to to this man and starts to tongue kissing him right in front of my children as we were gathering our belongings.I realize I may have left my house keys inside the play area but I wasn't sure. So I got in the car and left only to realize that I remember that my toddler at some point was playing with my keys in mcdonald's. I called and asked to speak with the manager when she got on the phone she asked me if I was the same lady that was just up there and she hangs up. I called back and asked to speak with her again and she comes on the phone and pretends that she cant hear me. I called back and asked what the number to corporate was and someone hangs the phone up on me again. This was the worst experience I've ever had at mcdonald's.
