Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Westminster

I've never been so disgusted in my life. I go to this location all the time so this is a bummer. I went to go pick up an order on 03/05/24 in the evening and saw one of the kitchen staff with super long hair without a hair net or tied up together. He wore a baseball cap though but this was not the major problem. THIS IS THE DISGUSTING PART: Another kitchen staff, a bald dude, was non chalantly just dipping his right index finger in a small boat full of like ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing and then proceeds to put his entire finger in his mouth and SUCKS IT DRY! Not only did he do it once, he did it THREE TIMES! As he continued to eat a French frie with his bare hand, he looked straight at me and didn't react to me catching him doing that...as if it was completely normal to lick and suck your finger while handling other people's food. The other guys in the kitchen were just talking to him like it was nothing shocking to see. Since noone appeared to care about food safety, I just turned around and walked out the door. I didn't even bother with my order. I ALREADY FILLED OUT A FORM ONLINE TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS. Ordered $50 worth of food and waited 30 min. Asked for the drinks that I ordered too and Corey was incredibly condescending and made me go grab my bag with my receipt to make sure I ordered drinks before he gave me cups…. Like I didn’t just pay for that 10 times over. On top of that my order was wrong, got dry rub instead of regular buffalo wings, which I was told regular buffalo means dry rub? And my other order of wings wasn’t boneless either. Brought them back and he brings out two boxes, one unchanged and the other now with bone in… I once again tell him my order and he comes back with the correct one this time. He tells me he has something else, I expect maybe a free 6 wing or some kind of promo for this hour long process, and he gives me another cup… After all this my wife started to eat her “regular buffalo wings” AND THEY PUT HABANERO IN THEM!! I am speechless at this establishment. I don’t know if this warrants some kind of HR intervention, but my wife was at the toilet all night throwing up because she couldnt handle that type of heat. We have gone to this place probably 20 times for no explicable reason other than it is really close to work and everything else in the area is Mexican restaurants...which are great but we need a break. We have never walked out of there and had our order correct. Never has it been that we accidently got something we didn't order. I now usually check the orders before I leave but I pick up for others and I don't know exactly what they ordered and apparently neither does BW3. They are constantly out of items "the truck hasn't come in yet"...They sell Wings & Tenders! How hard is that to keep in stock? There is a new manager seemingly every few months.
