I am absolutely outraged and deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at your establishment tonight. I came in expecting a pleasant and enjoyable evening, but instead, I was greeted by an incredibly rude and unprofessional host. From the very beginning, his attitude was completely unacceptable.
This host—tall, skinny, with brown unruly hair and a noticeably large nose—seemed to go out of his way to make guests feel unwelcome. His demeanor was arrogant, dismissive, and uninviting, as though doing his job or interacting with guests was a burden. His attitude was written all over his face and his body language—he acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to even be there.
The final straw came at the end of the evening when I, despite his rude behavior throughout the night, tried to be polite and said, “Good night.” Instead of responding courteously, he mumbled something under his breath in a sarcastic, dismissive tone. It was clear from his delivery that whatever he said was not respectful, and his condescension was intentional. This was a deliberate insult and a blatant display of unprofessionalism.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone, let alone someone in a role where they are supposed to represent your establishment and provide a welcoming experience for guests. It reflects poorly not only on him but on your business as a whole.
I cannot stress enough how disappointing this experience was. I came here to relax and enjoy myself, and instead, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and angry. If this is the type of treatment your staff is allowed to display, I will not be returning, and I will be sure to let others know about the unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered.
You need to take immediate action to address this issue. Whether it’s additional training or re-evaluating who you have representing your establishment, something must change. Guests should never have to endure such disrespectful and dismissive behavior, and I sincerely hope you take this...
Read moreWorst experience at Chili's! Went to Chili's with my two sons, 4 and 6 years old for dinner. Wasn't too busy, only about 1/3 to 1/2 capacity. Plenty of staff. Ordered food and waited. Waited some more. 30 minutes go by without a visit from our waitress, and the restaurant is filling with customers. No food is coming out of the kitchen. I go ask the greeter at the front what is going on, and he says he'll look into it. Within 10 minutes, our food comes out. I asked the waitress what is going on when she delivered the food, and she says "sorry, the kitchen is a little behind". I say "a little, it's been almost 40 minutes!". She says "sorry" and walks away. Manager comes over and says "one of those kids meals is on me" and walks away. I try a bite of my spicy shrimp tacos and the shrimp is barely warm! Very little rice on the plate, and the smallest portion of the sauce imaginable. Manager comes back and says "i'll give you half off, ok?" and walks away before I can reply.
As if things couldn't be worse, I don't see my waitress again after we are finished eating, and no one comes to tell us our ticket has been adjusted. The stupid kiosk things at the tables has a pay now option, so I figure what the heck i'll see if the changes were made. Sure enough, they were. Thanks for the lack of decency to come by and let me know that the adjustments were made and that I could pay at my convenience. I continue the pay steps and the tip suggestion comes up at 20% of the original non-adjusted amount. Right... I had to ask the guy cleaning the tables to bring me a to go box for my kids uneaten food.
As I was leaving, I could only feel pity on the other customers as they continually kept looking at their watches, phones, etc. for the time as their hungry families sit and wait. All midway through repeating my...
Read moreIm giving it a 3 because it's good, they have good food and I love their burgers. they are usually good about everything, but they don't get a 4 or 5, because the last time I tried to order there, it was kind of late. they close at 10pm and it was 9:05pm. my sister was visiting and we all decided on chilis. after taking time online to look at the menu, look over the order, etc. we finally ordered. the response from the person on the phone was "you know we close at 10 right?". that's a f-ing joke of a response from an employee. basically, we close in 55 minutes, why are you ordering from us? leave us alone, we don't want to help you - that's the translation. basically they refused to do their job. I wasn't aware they stop cooking before 9, and just sit around and smoke or bs with each other. im sure the manager would love to hear that phone call.
what else happened was that they took the order anyways, put the phone down, and just left it there. 5 minutes later someone else picked it up and pretended to be completely oblivious to the previous employee. the new employee did the same thing. pretended like they were going to go see what's up, put the phone down, and a new employee answered again. they were basically playing a little game, being bad employees as they are. and were messing with us as they were not going to prepare our food or serve us. So I hung up, upset. me and my family have been there a bunch of times, but it will be a while, if ever, that I try to order from there again.
this was just one time that it happened, and it was late. so overall the business doesn't deserve a 1 or 2 rating like I want to give. fairly,...
