I WAS hired on the spot at D&B It had started with the interview, I was suppose to have one with Trisha. She is one of the managers there instead I was interviewed by another GA manager I barley just met him that day I walked in for my interview note Trisha wasn’t there for my own interview. Before she sent me a email over a month ago for this front desk host position, I immediately emailed back as soon as I received it that I would love to meet her. After a few sent emails I didn’t get a reply so I put the matters into my own hands to call D&B to have her call me still nothing. After another week I left my name and number especially for the workers to contact her they did not pass that on as well. I called them back again the same week they let me know she was on PTO, by the time I got the chance to get ahold of her at D&B over the phone we finally set up the interview. Once the interview was scheduled I went in the day of and got interviewed by a DIFFERENT manager, like I mentioned. The interview went amazing I was hired on the spot and was told to fill out the rest of the work information before I started, let alone I am being told I was contacted many times by Trisha for anything furthermore regarding the job and as I talked to her she false claims she left me voicemails, as well as emails I have proof there is nothing reassuring the position as it comes up to the day I was going to get officially started as of tomorrow which would have been Monday hired by the other manger. FURTHERMORE there was no reason for me to not pass a background check. I wasn’t even given the opportunity. I was very disgusted as my last conversation with Trisha, she did not seem to care let alone know her own schedule as she false claims that she calls and emails you back, she as well mixes up the days I’m sure she had forgotten my interview and it was not scheduled with her. This is very upsetting to let my hopes up knowing I wanted to put in my all and be given the chance to show my hardworking skills. VERY let down and disappointing it’s very unfortunate. Not worth...

We have been coming here for years. I used to work here! Back then, it was all about the guest and how we could go above and beyond for the guest. Slowly but surely, I've watched this establishment go headlong downhill. Tonight was no different...

Games have really gone downhill. The majority of them were either sticky, the sensors didn't work, or the whole machine was out of order. The drinks were watered down, and food was either cold or dry. Even the cheese dip on the appetizer was solid. You could literally stick a fork in i, and the cheese would keep the fork standing.

We had our company holiday party there on Friday. Party of 10. We bought the 2 hour unlimited drink package. It took over 20 to 30 minutes to get drinks out each time. Most people had wine and beer. Had to send several of them back because they weren't made right. Then we were told at the end of the night that only one bar tender was scheduled for the night.... for the whole place, on a Friday night. Clearly, this place is poorly managed! And if they are short staffed, then maybe they should tell their guests that upon reserving a party there... or pay their bartenders better/ hire more staff to help with parties.

I truly felt bad for the woman who waited on us. I know she did the best she could, but it's clear her management is failing her miserably. She was constantly embarrassed by the continuous mistakes her coworkers were making and the clearly slow delivery that was forced upon her due to a slow and incompetent bartender. How do you mess up and old-fashioned? Or forget to add liquor to one of your signature drinks???

Overpriced for what you get, both in quality and quantity. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a holiday party or any other party for that matter, unless you're willing to overlook terrible, cold and stale food, high priced, usually non working games, high priced watered down mixed drinks and luke-warm beer.

Really, the only thing that made it tolerable was the people I was with. A severely disappointing visit to Dave and "Bust"ers. BUST being the operative word here.... Seek fun times elsewhere! At least until they can get their...

@dave&busters so my daughter picked this as what she wanted to do for her birthday so we went only for her to be bummed. Almost every game or machine she wanted to play was out of order or not working right and took our money but she was really really bummed about the hungry hungry hippos not working as that was what she was most excited for. I thought if she was gonna end up bummed at all it was gonna be over not having enough time there since we got there kind of late or so i thought but she was ready to go within a hour i think we were their for maybe 45min and sad to say i think i had more fun then her and my other daughter did. This was only the 2nd time they have ever been here i have been a few but its been a long time i think 4 or 5 years was the last time and i can't remember ever having any issues or dissatisfaction until now. The look alone on my daughters face almost brought me to tears she's also autistic so if something doesn't go as planned or how she thinks it will then her day, night, life, world, is over and doesn't matter what i say or do nothing can make her feel better or take focus off it. I even tried to bribe her with stopping at 7eleven on the way home (only thing that was open since it was around midnight) so she could get a slurpee or whatever she wanted and she sadly said no she just wanted to go home 😭 so honestly i dont know if there is anything that can be done to up the stars or better this review because it wasn't so much as my experience as my daughters and how she felt means more then anything to me. Besides that my only other issue would be the pricing. I'm not a fan of how the prices and cards/points or whatever is done it was kind of confusing and weird. I think their could be a better, fair way with the games and pricing. Paid almost $160 for just 2 cards that we...
