We were visiting the area and were in the mood for Chinese, and my aunt and uncle recommended this place. I have to start my review by warning you all that five people are considered a large party. I’ve never encountered this and if we lived here, we wouldn’t come back. There was a total of five adults and were charged a 20% gratuity. As far as the food and service are concerned, the service was okay. My aunt asked for a shot of vodka to add to her martini because her martini didn’t taste like it had any and the waitress took 15-20 minutes to bring it to the table. It may not sound like long, but the restaurant was not busy at all. The food was mostly good. My shrimp red curry was very flavorful, but my husband’s chicken fried rice was subpar. The rest of our party enjoyed their food. To summarize, the dinner would not have been so bad if we had not been surprised with the automatic tip.

Our favorite Asian food in the Westminster area to date. We've struggled to find an Asian restaurant we like since moving here, but Asian Bistro has become our new go-to. The service is fast and friendly. Even on a weekend night, there usually isn't too much of a wait. The food is flavorful, portions are large, and the presentation is appetizing. I like that I can order a curry (Panang is my favorite), while my husband can order more standard Chinese fare like Kung Pao Chicken. My one critique is that the chicken has that slight-rubbery taste you get at a lot of Asian restaurants (maybe it's just a cooking technique that does this?), so I've started to prefer vegetarian dishes and sushi (California rolls are good). Tried the miso soup last time too, and it was surprisingly good. I'm used to the broth being a bit bland, but it was very flavorful.

Located on Town Center Dr & Church Ranch Blvd by Buffalo Wild Wings with plenty of parking. We went for a walk from our hotel looking for an appetizing dinner and came across this Bistro. The restaurant is clean and organized with a great ambiance. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I tried their 'Mongolian Beef', which consists of black pepper, broccoli, and lots of onions (which was perfect for me because I love onions), with fried rice accompanied with a 'Seaweed Salad'. My husband had their 'Spicy Maki Combo' with a Kirin draft beer... everything tasted good and satisfying with good presentation. Portions are generous, and prices are competitive. Our server Natalie, was very attentive and didn't rush us at all. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at East Moon and will definitely return.

We attempted to give East Moon a second or third chance tonight, but they have officially lost our business for good. A quick recap in why we even needed to give them another chance.

Many months ago, we came in. First we waited for 20 minutes to be seated, not a problem at all. But then the server more or less ignored us, served all the tables besides us. Maybe he was expecting a bigger tip from them because of being a larger party, not sure. Either way when we finally got him to come back after the initial introduction he took our order and after an hour plus of waiting for sushi (again watching others who ordered after us being served). We wanted refill on our drinks… can’t find the server. Needless to say horrible experience. Excuse we are given. We are sorry we are understaffed in the kitchen.

Few weeks ago, let’s try again. Show up. Closed, no note on the door, nothing.

Try again tonight. Told we have a 40 min wait. About 30 min In no one in the packed area has left. Watched a delivery driver be told 4x food not ready despite the app saying otherwise. When finally pushed to check, the food is suddenly ready. Soon after watch 2 people check on their spot and wait. Oh you have 40 min. Customer says that’s what you said 40 min ago. Another customer asks. Similar response. Another pick up comes in, it’s not ready yet. we are sorry it’s just tonight.

We finally made the decision to leave. Clearly not just tonight. Clearly a mismanaged restaurant and kitchen. I understand Covid is impacting restaurants and staff but others seem to be able to manage without making these mistakes. I’m sorry it’s...

First time going to this restaurant. It seemed like it would be a great experience until we were sat down. Our waitress was rude from the start. She didn’t say Hi or anything she said are you guys drinking water or do you want something else to drink. We told her the drinks we wanted. She brought back two flat cokes. We let that slide. When it came time to ordering she was rude about that as well. I ordered spring rolls and my wife ordered the pork spring rolls. When we received our food my wife dish had peanuts as a garnish ( my wife is highly allergic to peanuts) so we let the waitress know that she’s allergic to peanuts and nowhere on the menu does it say it contains peanuts. The waitress response was well that’s how it comes so what else do you want to order? My wife says we’ll I want the same meal but without peanuts. The waitress snatches the plate off the table and takes it to the back. She comes back out with a fresh plate, no peanuts and says I had them remake it and the owner needs to update the menu and the website. So we eat our dinner and she brings the check. This is when I finally got to know what her name is (Emily J). She’s apologizing and please don’t let what happened ruin the experience, if we come back in to ask for her even though this is just a job for her right now…. If you work in a place where tips will make or break you you should probably treat customers with more respect and be more friendly when something is wrong. I will never eat at this restaurant again because Emily J absolutely ruined...

Watch your bank account after dining here! We dined in restaurant as a party of 7 and split the bill three ways. We didn't want to make things any more difficult than they were, so the party in our group who didn't necessarily spend as much as the others, still took an even cut and we chose to tip on the other two bills. After some confusion with a card, we left a heft 30% tip split between two parties.

The server, concerned about missing out on tip charged the tip to the wrong card. When brought to managements attention, the manager refused to fix the problem and told us to "give your friend the money privately." When it was pointed out this was FRAUD he didn't care. When the second party called in to inquire and as for it to be fixed, she was told they wouldn't do anything unless more money was brought to the restaurant.

The reality is they've lost regular customers, and their tip as the bank reversed the erroneous charge. And after the server and management team ADMITTED to the fraud so they wouldn't "miss out on a tip", we are not interested in going in to rectify things at this point. It is illegal to change a charge slip and to charge anything other than what is written into the total space. We aren't the first to have had this happen after perusing, I can't imagine we'll...
