McDonald's — Restaurant in Westminster

Came in last night 8/08/23 at 730pm ordered a chicken nugget meal with a cheeseburger and apple pie at this point only 2 cars in line not busy at all we pay get to the first window he hands me my drinks and asks me to pull forward waited for a bit then the car behind us and another car had to pull up as well now going on 10 mins of wait another vehicle pulls up behind me to wait and is given their food right away then the other cars behind me are given food as well so I stopped the kid and asked where my food was and he asked what I ordered he then goes back and I’m still waiting at this point now 15 mins he then comes back up with his phone and it reads my apple pie takes 10 mins to make that would of been perfectly ok if someone at the window would of said that it would not have been and issue but the fact that I had already been waiting 15 mins to get told it’s going to be another 10 mins at this point I’m very upset so I go inside and there is a female manager there long black hair pulled back about 5’5 no name tag on I ask where my food is she says the apple pie has 12 mins left mind you I was just told 10mins from another cashier so now the times changing on me and I told her why couldn’t anyone tell me the apple pie takes 10 mins when o was at the window so now I’ve been waiting 15 mins already and you are telling me I have to wait another 10-12 mins on top of that I told her that should of been told to me at the window before I had to wait she then backs up behind the wall in front of the ice cream machine as if to hide from me because she doesn’t want to speak to me anymore at this point another manager approached me asking me the issue I explained everything to him and he keeps saying he’s apple pie takes 10-15 mins to cook and I tell him that’s fine if you would of told me before I was already waiting 15 mins that was not ok and he just keeps repeating that the apple pie takes 10-15 mins so at this point I just ask for my food and forget the apple pie the manager ask what I ordered and begins putting it together my meal was not even ready yet they had not prepared my meal did not even know what I had ordered and you can hear the female manager yelling from behind the wall still that had large fries I grab my food and ask the manager for his name he tells me Gilbert he was not wearing a name badge either when I asked him for the female managers name he stumbled his words and said I don’t know you got my name that’s good enough she was just as rude and could not handle speaking to me I am a manager myself maybe not fast food but I still know how to handle an upset customer especially when I or my employees are the reason for the issue this could of been easily fixed but instead they argued and made everything worse and the food they gave me wasn’t even fresh for me having to wait that long and them not even knowing my order it should of been fresh do...

McDonald's has become an abyss of disappointment over the growing years. It's fair to assume that by going to McDonald's I myself have died a little inside but none the less I went for breakfast to part with my remaining sole. I asked for the 2 for 4 meal with sausage and I was then presented with a pop quiz. She was pissed and Cleary my superior with direct authority over me so I tried to take the test. She was rambling off so many items at meth mouth speed that I got lost in translation. I'm confused why are you asking me the menu items as if I work here. I wanted to ask, do you recognize me? No, because I don't check the schedule and I don't work here. The 10 to 12 people directly in front of the counter were growing more and more concerned as their order was approaching the 10 to 15 minute mark. You could audibly hear an almost cattle like moan as the masses are waiting to feast on processed hell. The misery and despair was thick in the air like giving up on your dreams. After eating my meal I wiped the tears of self loathing off of my face with the kind homeless man's blanket next to me. Picked myself up and reminded myself to not do that again , but I know I will. I placed my order at the drive thru and I asked that my food be cooked to order, the person at the drive-through did not know what I was talking about so I explained it to him, he indicated that he understood. I got to the window paid for my food then pulled up to the 2nd window where they handed me a bag it had been approximately 1 minute 20 seconds since I placed my order so I knew for a fact that this was not cooked to order. So I relaid to the person handing me the bag that I asked that my food be cooked to order she did not understand what I meant either so she got another person that was working to speak to me I informed him that I asked for my food cook to order, he said all this is fresh. I said no that's not posable it hasn't been long enough for you to have cooked any food for me. He then asked me to pull up I do about 3 to 4 minutes later someone comes out carrying the same bag that they tried to hand me at the drive-through I check the contents of the bag, sure enough stone cold food that seemed like it had been prepared at least 20/30 minutes prior definitely not what I asked for...
