McDonald's — Restaurant in Westminster

The worst customer service! Went through the drive through 2 nights ago and ordered a classic cheeseburger pack that comes with 20 nuggets. When I got to the window, I asked for a couple extra sauces for my kids and the manager that handed out food told me there was some in the bag, I asked can I get a couple more and she stood her ground to want to charge me .25 cents each sauce extra with a smug attitude face. Really, your going to make that big of a deal to want to charge me for 2 extra sauces. I know for a fact, McDonald's managers take that change and place it right on the top of the register or walk off with it in there pocket. AND the kicker is, when I got home there were NO SAUCES even placed in the bag. So everyone eating was very unhappy! So next time a manager wants to stand there ground over 2 extra sauces, maybe they should re think there actions to give better customer service! Have had issues there before, Half of the supervisors that work there play like they don't know English and then when they realize you speak Spanish they want to tighten up. I've never ordered ice cream at a McDonald's before, and I assure you I won't make that mistake again. When I pulled up to order at the deserted drive-thru I could hear laughing and indistinct conversation coming across the intercom. Once they finally realized I was there, I ordered a soft drink, a dipped cone, and a small Oreo McFlurry, and paid at the first window. At the second window I was ignored, and finally a guy comes rushing to the window with my dipped cone saying, "Sorry, I didn't know. Thanks, have a good day." I said, "There's more," to which he replied, "Oh, what did you have?" So I repeated my order and while he was filling my soft drink a woman, who I believe to be the shift manager, approached with the McFlurry and said to the guy, under her breath, "Tell her this isn't Dairy Queen," hastily adding, "Just kidding," upon realizing I overheard her. Let me tell you a story about this one that you're going to love this one all right we were right there by 3:30 today on November the 10th place an order and as we were driving up to the first window I turn to my spouse and I said are you ready for chaos at the McDonald's because year was a bit snotty but we'll leave as that but as we get to the second window they had his first drink and this is where the chaos begins as basically we're waiting about a good proximately 5 minutes we see one guy go up to the by to where the people Park to wait for their food and you look like deer in the headlights couldn't doesn't know where he was looking where he was looking at and went back inside with shouts of profanities wondering where the customers are and mind you mind you this place is full of workers that are full of teenagers this is where the chaos comes in they didn't know where it what to do with the food or where to find a the people when we're inches away at the second window...
