The Past Few times me and my family have been to this micheals it has not been a good experience .. the profiling at this location is terrible ! This Time Aubrey our cashier Checked our $20âs with the money marker which is Perfectly fine then She scabs it which is Okay . Then sheâs asking another cashier about one of our $20 as if it ainât real . So I asked her why it was all necessary cause Iâve paid cash many of times here and Never had to triple check to see if a $20 bill was real .. but itâs Odd cause the Marker is ALWAYS correct if it turns brown itâs REAL CLEARLY . I am a self employed business which uses these same markers .. the last Time one of Cashier followed my husband around the store ... which is odd bc none of us have ever stolen anything nor have we given any reason for them to think this . Mind you we come in often bc I buy the Swarovski crystal packs for my job ALL THE TIME AT THIS LOCATION but I feel like we wonât be returning and I will be calling the manager when they are less busy so we can figure out The proper way of handling this cause I am sick of being a paying customer and getting treated...
   Read moreAwful and inconsiderate employee named Sarah, was wearing glasses, and was the sole cashier at 6pm Sunday, August 4th. There were 9 people in line behind the one customer she was assisting, she didn't acknowledge us or anyone else at all. She continued to make every effort to extend the time it took to assist this one customer, scrolling through phones to show each other pictures. All while not once stating, "we'll be right with you". Over 8 minutes in line and ignored the entire time. Self checkout was not an option, and I also don't work here, so I'm not doing your job for you. Michaels, if you continue to employ this person, I guarantee more complaints and lost customers. Very rude to ignore people and leave them waiting while having small talk with one customer over 9 others in line. Will not be back. Will be filing corporate complaint.    Read moreI just wanted to write a review about my framing experience. I picked it up earlier today, and the wonderful gal I worked with was busy with another framing order, so I let her work in peace. But I regret not giving her another "thank you". She really was amazing.
She gave me 2 drastically different, absolutely flattering framing options for a very abstract piece of art. While the 1st option was a gorgeous, "sure bet"; her second recommendation was brilliant, less obvious, and totally captured the artwork -and the mood!- much affectionately (in my option. I'm definitely not bragging, but I went to art school {who hasn't?}, and she was speaking my LANGUAGE).
