I have a complaint. At your location at The Orchard in Westminster, you have a problem with managers being extremely and unprecedentedly rude to customers. I work in the Orchard, and we go to Which Wich for meals and drinks almost daily, because of it's convenience. Because of this, we have a lot of refill cups that we use to go and get more drinks. We were told that since we work in the mall, we are allowed to get these refills for free. A few weeks ago, one of my employees was approached and told in a boorish and coarse tone that they charge for refills, even if you work in the mall. Since this was contradictory to what we were told previously, we called the location and spoke to a manager about it. We were told, once again, that we were allowed to get free refills and if anyone bothered us again that we were to let them know that they said we could get the drinks. Today, a different one of my employees went in to get drinks and some food, and at the cashier, she was treated rudely once again, and told the lady that the manager said we were allowed free refills. The lady responded that she was the manager, and continued to be crude, ignorant, and impolite in her deliverance. My employee was told that she (the manager) would "let it slip this time" but she needed to tell all of us here that we were not allowed to do that anymore. This location has a record of it's employees being rude and standoff-ish to anyone who comes in, and it's getting ridiculous. Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could. Probably the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN!! I work for DoorDash and came in to get my order. When I walked in, all of the employees were standing around talking. I told them I had an order to pick up and she picked up the tablet and said “oh, we haven’t started that yet”. They had multiple DoorDash orders on that tablet that they haven’t even started yet. She told me it would be about 5 minutes. About 15 minutes had passed and the employees started standing around again. I made eye contact with one of them, and she knew I was frustrated, and she asked a different employee if she gave me my order yet and she looked confused, acting like she had no idea what was going on. Turns out, my order was ready, but they kept it behind the counter without telling me it was ready, and continued to chat amongst themselves. I snatched it out of her hand and walked right out. I tried calling to see when a manager would be in, and the phones were off or something, because it kept going straight to voicemail without ringing. Read moreI give this location three out of five stars because for one thing, upon entry I believed it to be a Subway franchise but I was sorely mistaken. I did not appreciate the similar signage/branding to that particular sandwich shop. However, I still had a nice time overall. The brown paper bag experience was a good one. My one complaint about this bagging system is that I would appreciate a wider array of colors of sharpie to choose from. I was pigeon holed with only red and black sharpie options to choose from. I would have liked to use a burnt orange or shimmering gold variety of the sharpie variety but Which Which apparently doesn't share my taste for the rainbow. The bag of chips (the only thing I ordered) was good though. You can't go wrong with a bag of Frito Lays Chili Cheese Flavor. Everyone is doing the flute.
