Ordered "Rapid Pickup" lunch today and was not given the bakery items I paid for. I called immediately upon returning to the doctor's office where I work and was told I could retrieve it today or tomorrow, "Just ask for Angelica". Finally made it there a couple of hours later (our days are very hectic because we see patients throughout the entire day and we don't close the office for lunch/break). When I arrived I asked to speak with "Angelica" and the cashier laughed and said there was no one there with that name. I then explained that I paid for a bakery item and did not receive it, that I was told to stop by today or tomorrow. The cashier looked at me questioning if I was telling the truth. There I was, in my scrubs (medical office uniform)... to think that anyone would leave in the middle of the day to try and score a couple of free cookies is absurd! But that is exactly what "Allie" and the other cashier thought (sorry I don't remember the other one's name... Alejandra? I think.. I'm not sure). Upon finally handing me the 2 cookies Allie than said "Look at our trays! (Pointing to the trays holding the bakery goods). They're almost empty! We're being robbed today!!"
SERIOUSLY?!?!! I was speechless! I grabbed the cookies I paid for and left without answering her back. Why bother?! What an insult. This is not how you treat customers. It is now 8:08PM and I just clocked out to leave the office for the day but I had to share my AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
I hope management checks these reviews and addresses these issues with their employees or else they're going to lose a lot of business if they keep treating people this way. Mistakes happen, I get it, but there's no excuse for being treated with such disrespect. I took time out of a very busy workday to drive all the way back to the store, waited for my turn as I stood in line, and then asked for assistance with a smile. The look of disdain and ridicule drew attention from other customers standing by and it was such an embarrassing experience for me. I love Panera Bread but I will not be back to...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is the 3rd time I've visited this location and every time I've regretted it. The first time the croutons they gave me for my salad were so hard I almost broke my dang tooth. The second time, the person who brought my food mixed it up (which wasn't a big deal) until he looked at me like I was an idiot and how dare I point out that it wasn't my order. But whatever I'm not going to make a scene, I learn to pick my battles... but today... First off let me add this! Why is the music so loud in there? It could have made my experience so much better. The cashier who assisted "Sarah" me was incredibly short. Because the music was so loud I had to repeat myself a few times. She couldn't find my reward account, she got my order wrong and by the end of me making my order I was already so annoyed I just wanted to sit down. Next comes the rewards part... I just wanted to redeem my reward, I go back to get my pastry and "Sarah" goes to the other cashier, nudging over my way ONLY assuming she was talking about me, I have no idea what she said.. that cashier comes my way and in turn starts being short with me as well. I only went in there to enjoy my day have a peaceful lunch but it turned sour by these two very rude women. So I ask this cashier if I could have the name of a manager because I wanted to put in a complaint and she says "we are not allowed to give out people's names" Well isn't that convienent for these two? And if that's the case their names wouldn't be in black bold print on these receipts would they? I'll never set foot at this location ever again, I was treated so rudely it was...
ย ย ย Read moreWe used the Computer Kiosk to put our order. After paying with our credit card we got a pager, it supposed to vibrate after 15 minutes. No many people were there. 30 minutes gone and not vibration. At the 45th minute we went to ask for our food. They couldnโt find any order under my name. My credit card had my name. We requested to talk to the manager. The little unfriendly lady said โI am the managerโ. So unfriendly. They repeated to us:โ sorry sir no order under your nameโ. I showed her my credit card receipt from Chase. Unfortunately It was in Spanish. They embarrassed us saying โsorry I donโt understand Spanishโ. I said madame you donโt need to understand Spanish, you just need to read the receipt from Chase with the $27 credited to Panera Breadโ. She said go home and when you get the receipt from your credit card come here and talk to me again and weโll see what we can do. I asked her for a biz card for next time when I get there. She went to get one. We waited 15 minutes she didnโt come back. We went to look for her next to where the food orders came up and guess what we saw our name there with our order. The receipt was there with our names. We requested to call the manager. She came. She said ah ok your name is there, ok take the food. We said the food is cold. We canโt take it. I said you have 2 options get us with a warm food to go, or money back. She didnโt say anything. She just went away. 20 minutes later we just left Panera without our food and we had paid... So a bad experience. I will never go that Weston...
