The owner takes great care and pride of every aspect of your shopping experience. But the service is just one part of it, the clothing of course takes center stage…the most delicious soft fabrics, fresh and contemporary, some pieces are minimalistic and elegant, while others are casual a bit more daring made with high quality fabrics. I have been shopping here for FIVE years and not one piece looks old or worn out in my closet, I keep coming back for more!

I believe 100% in sustainable shopping, so finding durable, easy to wear, easy to care and mix-match pieces is VERY important to me (I’m also very picky with fabrics -is it itchy, is it hard to the touch, see-through…you get the idea). You’ll find EVERYTHING HERE! From flowy, light, elegant jumpsuits and summer dresses, to worn-out looking jean jackets, from blouses to t-shirts, shoes, bags, necklaces, etc and everything works great together too, so you can basically walk in and walk out super happy from head to toe. Behind all this is always a person with a smile assisting you, while every walk in customer participates in telling you how good you look, because you do! Pieces fit like a glove! So that’s that! I really want to give this place more stars because I have bought several tops from this shop that I really like. But it is true that Customer Service could really be improved here. I've had both good and bad experiences. They need to get rid of a few sales ladies and keep the 1 or 2 great ones they have. I've been here on several occasions because I live and work in Weston and on a lunch hour it's the only women's clothing place I know of that's close-by. At lunch time Ive had the best experiences where I've encountered sales ladies that are very friendly and helpful. I've also gone after work and the sales ladies seem like you're bothering them. It could also be because I went on a casual Friday and wasn't dressed up in my usual business attire, that could account for the changed attitudes - which I think is really terrible. I once bought a top as a birthday gift for a friend and had to exchange it because it wasn't my friend's taste. There were 2 sales ladies there. One made me feel like I was a nuisance and the other was more accommodating. I left the store feeling like I never want to go back - but it's good to know it's there when desperate for a last...

I've been to this store many times and I've always had a positive experience. However, I recently realized why several individuals left negative reviews due to poor customer service. When I walked into the store, the middle-aged brunette woman was on her phone and didn't look up as she gave me a lukewarm hello. I picked up several items to try on and she curtly told me that I could only take 5 items a time. That was new! I've never been told this before and I was last at the store 3 weeks ago. A few other women walked in after and this woman's demeanor completely changed. She was friendly and gregarious! Based on the conversation I could tell that one of them made a recent purchase. Little did this woman know that I've been a customer for years. Even worse, I think this woman is the owner! In any case, customer service always wins over a product.
