Just Salad — Restaurant in Westport

I just finished a terrific salad at the Westport location, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We were completely ignored by the woman preparing salads for online orders. After standing there for quite a while, we had to ask if anyone was going to help us. A young man eventually came over, but his attitude was terrible—slamming things around and clearly annoyed to be helping.

To top it off, just as he was finishing my salad, he accidentally dumped the entire thing onto the counter and had to start over. (Honestly, it felt like a bit of karma.) Had the absolute best experience at this location on Wednesday. Immediately upon entry I was greeted with the warmest smiles from every employee on the floor. The kindest young lady (I’m so sorry I never got her name) took my order and made me the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had from any other Just Salad location. As I waited for my order, Renata made sure to introduce herself and give me the kindest welcome I’ve ever received at any place of business. I had a wonderful experience when I visited Just Salad for the first time. The manager, Renata, greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to introduce the various salads and their leafy and grain components. I made my choice and was not disappointed. The people behind the counter were very helpful as I watched them prepare my lunch and they indicated which greens and grains were being added.
