If I could give ZERO stars for service I would. Absolutely horrible delivery experience with Village Bagels this morning. The uber driver was amazing but Village Bagels was not. I spoke with the owner/manager directly who was such an incredibly smug and arrogant person. He was beyond unprofessional, degrading and did not take accountability for their mistake. We had an uber eats delivery in which they forgot cream cheese for our bagels. I called to have them send the portion on the delivery they admitted they forgot, which I thought was a simple fix - he advised me to have someone from my office come pick it up, and asked where I was located to see if I come from home to get it - which obviously defeats the purpose of delivery. We are a doctors office and do not have administrative staff on site to assist in outside errands, hence the reason for delivery in the first place. He could not spare anyone to drop off the missing portion of our delivery and was not willing to come to a compromise. The next suggestion was that I place another order on uber eats and have them pickup the missing piece. So you want me to pay for service and delivery plus tip again for your mistake? Not happening. He also wanted my account information for uber to see the original order and wanted me to call them and figure out a solution, since he was too busy. Completely unacceptable. When I spoke with Uber, they advised that he closed the order and marked it as complete, so they were unable to send another driver to pick up the balance of the order. He again, did not open the order and mark as incomplete, so there was nothing uber could do on their end. I was scrambling and had unnecessary frustration this morning because of his negligence and unaccountability. I believe people can make mistakes and that everyone is human, but not taking responsibility for it, speaking down to someone, and then giving an attitude on top of it is what I have a huge problem with. As a business and as an individual, I will never be ordering...

Great place grab quick breakfast! We knew this place for a while and finally got to try it after we took our dog to the Winslow dog park (super close). We loved the breakfast bagel sandwiches there. We ordered the no. 9 Fresco on an everything bagel and no. 11 the University on a sesame bagel. The food we received had the bagels switched on the sandwich type we wanted, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. They were both very tasty! We like that they had everything we liked there and weren’t greasy at all! The bagels were more on the soft side if you’re curious. You can tell it’s a popular store with the long line.
