I normally enjoy going to this location but today they really were a mess. The staff have no idea what is going on and the manager has less of a clue than the staff do. I placed my order via the Dunkin' app and paid via the app as well. I the drive thru I told the person I was picking up my order, my name, and my order number. Usually when I get to the window I just repeat what I said at the squak box, they hand me my waiting order, and I'm on my way. When I got to the window the employee insisted I had to pay still, and for an amount different than my order. I repeated what I said earlier in the process of my name, order number, and I had ordered and paid in the Dunkin' app. The employee was adamant I needed to pay for what was not my order, told me he needed my name - which I said again for the third time - told me if I had placed an order in the app then he'd have it ready and with my name written on the box, and insisted I was at the wrong address. The manager then came over and said I needed to order through the drive thru speaker and not at the window. I said, now for the fourth time, I am picking up my order placed through the Dunkin' app, my name, and my order number. The manager said I'm not at the right address. I then showed him the order acknowledgement from the app which indicates my name, order number, address of the store (I was at the correct store, I know how to read) and the order was paid in full. He tells me it's not correct and the acknowledgement is wrong. I asked him if he's got a 50 count box of munchkins sitting next to him with my name on it (I could see it this whole time, just inside the window) and whether it's been there this whole time, and if it's paid for. He looked over at it, picked it up and handed it to me, and said I needed to be sure I was at the correct address and walked away from the window not saying anything else. I go to this location two or three times a week and have never had an issue until today. Blaming the customer for your own lack of awareness doesn't seem to be the best process for success in your role as a manager,...
Read moreI asked the guy what flavor the icing was on a halloween donut. He just grunted and went to grab the donut as if the flavor I wanted (for my daughter, not me) was not important. He started to ring it up without answering the question. I literally had to stop giving your store my money by refusing to pay until he answered my question. Once he answered my question (which I'm glad he did bc my daughter would have never eaten it) I was able to get the flavor of icing my daughter will eat (vanilla). He never said a word to me except the total price. Even when he switched out donuts, he did not say a word, just pointed at signs as if I'm an idiot wasting his time....which is funny b/c none of the donuts were in the right place.
I work with food and am very patient in restaurants and this had to be the worst service i've had in the past 5 years anywhere. There are a lot of places hiring, if he is that miserable slinging dollar ice coffees and donuts, he needs to move on with his life and get a different job so people can come in to give you their hard earned money with out...
Read moreHow are you an ice cream place and your soft serve machine is constantly down!? Its remarkable. On 7/8/16 i was here through the drive through and waited for 10 minutes behind someone before finally getting to the window after being told to pull forward when ordering a 31 below. The girl started to recite the wrong order to me and when i corrected her she smirked and told me they dont have any. When i asked if she was serious she told me the machine is down. When i called to complain, the male who answered the phone could care less and said the manager would be in in the morning. This explained everything! No supervision of minimum wage people who could care less about their position in...
