Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Wheeling

My boyfriend and I ordered our subs online as a pickup order. We burn asked for them to add lettuce to both subs, also asked to add mayo to my boyfriends and also to add tomato to mine. We got home with the food and realized they did not add lettuce to one sandwich. I had also asked for no peppers on my sandwich but they neglected to leave them off. Seeing that we were already home when we noticed all this we weren’t going to drive all the way back for them to fix anything. I could be wrong but I feel that the biggest contributing factor as to why our sandwich’s were made incorrectly was due to the fact that the only people working at the store, or at least the only ones manning the front area of the store were 3 teenagers, they were def more concerned about their conversations rather then paying attention to that...

We visited today for the 1st time. We were greeted when we entered, its such a nice friendly aura. So many wonderful sandwiches to choose from. We ordered a turkey club no ham double turkey a Chipotle sandwich and a kids meal a tuna sandwich. Vegetables were very fresh meats nice and lean very tasty. The fountain drinks were even delicious. They have a very well organized crew. I stopped going to Subway when I found out they're meat was not 100% meat! Restraunt and restroom was very clean. It's nice to go to a establishment and everybody communicating on a happy note. I am very happy we stopped in today with my Husband and Pops. Got the, "#26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak - Giant" and it was pretty gross. The white bread reminds me of the pizza dough from Little Caesars. Maybe I picked the wrong sub, maybe it's the store. I've had Jersey Mike's cold catering subs before and they were a lot better but it was also in a major metropolitan area. I had to try them since they just opened but I think next time I'll go to Subway or Jimmy John's. When you pay $18.97 for a "Giant" sub you don't expect it to taste this bad.
