Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Wheeling

It was the worst experience I've had in awhile. They messed up my wife's order THREE times and the sandwich was PLAIN LMAO!!

When I returned the sandwich the first time instead of making a new one they just removed the ingredients!! Which left the sauce on it. So I took it back up. This time they flipped the meat to try to hide the sauce!!

So just took both sandwhiches back and demanded my money back. That's when the cashier ARGUED with me that my wife didn't order her sandwhich plain! I've been married to her for 18 years she gets everything plain and I heard her order it that way. Then the sandwich maker kid starts laughing. He didn't laugh when I asked him what was funny and informed him he was a punk and a jerk.

There was another customer before us that ordered the ultimate something or other and they didn't put meat on it. When he told them they just slapped the meat on it and wrapped it back up!!

So the "manager" refunds my money AND NEVER APPLOGIZES!!

This was ontop of waiting about 10 minutes for TWO sandwiches plus having to listen to the employees curse while waiting. No respect of professionalism at all.

Plus they only offer cold cuts? No toasted bread or atleast they didn't ask. No steak or chicken. I could basically make their sandwhiches for about $3 at home instead of TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a half sub and "giant" as they call it.

It's to bad. We were hoping it was good but that was our first and last time there.

Hopefully this post not only costs them our business but others as well. I have a feeling they'll flop on their own...

Employees were too busy talking to get my order ready. I was waiting 20 min for my order and my friend who ordered after me received the food and already had their meal finished before I even received mine 10 min after they finished their meal. When I received my meal, my wrap didn’t have very much on it at all and was not what I ordered at all. They didn’t put any ranch at all on the wrap, there was a total of 2 cucumbers on it, there was one little sliver of an onion, no oregano was on it at all, I did not receive any mayo packets at all, and my chips I had to ask for twice. I had to ask a total of 4 times if they were working on my order as several employees were just standing around talking AND DEFINITELY NOT WORKING plus they had only had 2 orders to make at the time which was mine and my friends. Just to put this out there… I did NOT order just lettuce on a wrap but literally that was 3/4 of the wrap as you see in the photo.

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER!!! Would have been better off just going to McDonalds because I’ve never got an order to at messed up from...

Needed to update my review since its consistently become worse over time. Recently with scheduled orders, they have been delivering way earlier than the scheduled time. This wouldnt be a problem if i didnt order a toasted sub, and I wasnt at work with a scheduled break. The last time this happened i asked the driver if It could be remade and brought back at the original time, because I didn't want a soggy sandwich. She left and came back, but the sandwich i got back was not remade. It was the same one, bread soggy with oil, lukewarm meat and cheese. I reached out to corporate weeks ago and never...
